Nevertheless, the traditional sono-reactors cannot completely satisfy the industrial processing demands nowadays. One reason for this is the operational cost due to the electric energy consumption. Aiming to overcome the disadvantage, based on a box type sono-reactor (inner size 125.4×40×47 mm3) with one PZT ceramic vibrator and 0.19 L processed solution, the whole system's energy utilization efficiencies at two resonance frequencies, 12.13 kHz and 57.05 kHz, have been investigated. Using calorimetric method and titration, the radiated acoustic energy, total energy efficiency, cavitation efficiency, and electroacoustic efficiency have been measured, respectively. It is found that the more the input volume power is, the less the total energy efficiency would be, both at 12.13 kHz and 57.05 kHz; the total energy efficiency of 12.13 kHz is greater than that of 57.05 kHz, because the micro bubbles caused by the acoustic cavitation absorb acoustic energy. The effects of some reaction conditions on preparation were investigated, such as PH value, reaction temperature and time. The optimal hydrothermal conditions for preparing PZT nano fibers are that pH value is 13, reaction temperature is 190 °C, hydrothermal reactor filling degree is 60 %–70 %, reaction time is 10h, and the activated carbon is as the template. Based on the observation from scanning electron microscopy (SEM) show that the diameter of PZT fibers is around 100nm with the length up to a few microns, and the fibers are arranged orderly in one direction. PZT ceramics made of the fibers was obtained through pressing carefully the fibers along a direction as possible, then sintering at the temperature of 1050 °C for 1.5 hour. The textured PZT ceramic microstructure was analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques. The piezoelectric properties were determined by impedance analyzer. The results indicated that the PZT ceramic had a high value of kt/kp (1.8567) compared with the conventional PZT ceramic made of milled PZT powder. However, many practical measurement environments are not completely anechoic. The study on the reconstruction in half-space is valuable for the practical application. The present paper describes a new method for vibro-acoustic field reconstruction in half-space based on wave superposition method (WSM), which removes the effects of reverberation by dual surface acoustical holography procedure. The validity of the method is verified by derivation of principle and numerical simulation. One of the key parts of communication system is the SAW device, which development directions are high frequency, low insert loss and miniaturization. As the frequency is higher, requirement of optical lithography technology increases and the conventional contact lithography technology is inefficient. Three kind of lithography is ideal: UV projection lithography, Electron beam direct writing technology and X-ray lithography. In order to reduce fabrication cost and development cycle, a variably shaped electron beam lithography system (JBX-6A□, JOEL, 1980) was adopted. This system was mainly used for optical lithography reticle fabrication, and it had a low resolution of 1µm. In order to develop the potential capability of the electron beam direct writing system, specially designed substrate exposure clamp, electron beam proximity effect correction graphic design technology and different shaped beam size combination exposure technology were adopted, and the parameter of resist coating, pre-bake, exposure dose, hard bake, etching temperature and time were optimized. As a result, this system got a resolution of 0.5µm. Structure optimum designs were carried out to the stress-type LTUM. It was put forward that the longitudinal PZT should be placed on the end surface of the stator, and the operating mechanism of the motor was analyzed. The FEA software ANSYS was used to analyze the structure parameters which affect the first order torsional vibration mode and the second order longitudinal vibration mode. The method to realize the frequency coherence between the first order torsional vibration mode and the second order longitudinal vibration mode was put forward. Iterative algorisms are utilized to solve the resulted nonlinear eigensystems. High performance computational software packages are integrated into our nonlinear finite element program to speed up the extremely large scale computations. We considered both kinematic and material nonlinearities in vibrations analyses, and obtained the frequency-amplitude relations. We also compared distributions of the thickness-shear deformation at different amplitudes. The method utilizes piezoelectric ceramics to excite copper substrate asymmetrically, and makes use of travelling waves along the circles centered at a vibration node of the copper substrate in flexural vibration to drive the micro particles agglomerated around the vibration node to rotate. In this research, solid solutions of (1−x) BiFeO3-xYMnO3 (x = 0, 0.05, 0.1) were synthesized by rapid liquid phase sintering method. The phase structures, leakage current density, magnetic and ferroelectric properties were investigated. All the solid solution samples show a perovskite phase structure. The addition of YMnO3 content was found to enhance the magnetization of the solid solutions, but the leakage current density was degenerated. Saturated electric hysteresis loop was obtained in the sample with 5% of YMnO3 fraction at room temperature, while at 10% of YMnO3 content the polarization loop present a leakage characteristic. The accurate determination of arrival time is the key procedure for this method, which is always difficult to realize in some cases. A new inversion method of SSP based on signal waveform structure matching is presented in this paper. The waveform structures of observed and replica signal are exacted and matching processed firstly, and then SSP is inversed with the correlation coefficient between them. The results indicate that this method has higher accuracy than the traditional method when signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is the same. Mindlin and Lee had explained this phenomenon theoretically in detail in the 1960's [1]. Their calculation results were also shown to be in good agreement with the experimental data from Curran and Koneval, which are based on quartz plates with relatively large length, width and thickness. Today, the dimensions of quartz plates have decreased enormously due to continuous miniaturization. Whether the calculations of Mindlin and Lee's theory still have great agreement with the measurement data of the miniaturization AT-cut quartz plate is the problem we have to solve. In this paper, the frequency spectrum of quartz plates with partial electrodes at different dimensions was calculated and compared with the experimental data of miniaturized plates. The influence of the length and width of quartz crystal plates and electrodes, and size of mounting area are also studied. It shows the theory still can estimate frequency of inharmonic overtone quite well and the dimensions of plates have little influence on inharmonic overtones.
