摘要

研制了一种采用纵向和扭转振动模式的应力型混合超声电机。对应力型LTUM进行了结构优化设计。提出纵向压电陶瓷应放置在定子端面,并对电机的工作机理进行了分析。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS分析了影响一阶扭转振型和二阶纵向振型的结构参数。提出了实现一阶扭转振型和二阶纵向振型频率相干性的方法。对双转子应力型LTUM的实验表明,采用非线性弹簧施加预压时,电机的负载特性较好,直径为20mm的电机的转矩达到1.28N·m,转矩/直径比达到64N。
