In this paper we propose an improved Retinex grayscales transformation enhancement approach. First, we decompose the image to be enhanced into reflectance component and illuminance component. Secondly, the reflectance component of the image is three-linearly transformed according to actual needs. Thirdly, the non-uniform illuminance component of the image is filtered. Finally, we combine the transformed reflectance component and the corrected illuminance component to be the output of the enhancement. In the context of business process reengineering, it is necessary to judge whether business processes comply with these constraint rules or not. Furthermore, the verification of business constraints against business processes is a hard job in large enterprises whose business processes and constraints are both complex. In order to automate the judgment, unambiguous formal specifications are needed. However the notations for business process modeling are usually flow-oriented languages, the notational gap to the languages usually employed for business constraints, e.g., temporal logic, is significant and hard to bridge. Thus a visual constraint modeling language, namely VCML, is proposed and a research on automatic verification technology is conducted. XYZ/E is employed to formally define the semantics of VCML. VPML is employed to describe business processes and their semantics are also defined in XYZ/E. Then the method to verify business constraints is discussed. With the increasing number of the subsystem and the parts, the traditional calculation method of the system reliability has a problem. In order to solve the problem, the paper is based on improved hidden Markov state transfer model to solve system reliability calculation. However, it is confronted with lots of problems such as light failure and short service life caused by high temperature of LED chip. So the thermal management is one of the most important aspects of successful LED systems design. In this paper, firstly, a novel packaging structure with excellent capacity of heat dissipation for high power LED which is based on Chip on Heat-sink (COH) method was proposed and investigated. Secondly, some holes were dug in the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) according to the design of heat-sink structure to realize electrical connection between chips and PCB. Then, the heat distribution for three kinds of package structure was simulated by using the software ANSYS, respectively. The simulation result shows that heat dissipation potential of the packaging structure based on COH method is best of all. After that, the main dimension parameters of LED package structure were optimized with the application of Design of Experiment (DOE) and statistical analysis. Finally, samples of the packaging structure based on COH were made successfully. In this algorithm, the design objective of the context quantizer is aimed to minimize the adaptive code length of the source sequence. In purpose of finding the optimal number of classes, the increment of the adaptive code length is suggested to be the similarity measure of two conditional probability distributions, by which the similarity matrix is constructed as the input of the affinity propagation algorithm. After the given number of iterations, the optimal quantizer with the optimal number of classes is achieved and the adaptive code length is minimized at the same time. Its three-dimensional modeling is built by Pro/E. The dynamics simulation is finished by ADAMS which can verify whether the design scheme satisfy the requirements of excavation height, depth and get the most dangersous working state and the joint force in this state. Methods: We established a hospital operations and resource management platform to improving operation management quality by use of IT measures. This platform consists of 4 main parts as follows: (1) fine and standardized operation and management system, (2) reengineered and optimized business processes, (3) comprehensively upgraded business resources systems, (4) powerful operation analysis system. Results: By use of this platform, we achieved 2 goals mainly: (1) operation costs dramatically decreased, (2) hospital operations management became fine and standardized.
