Tiktok  platform media baru yang diluncurkan pada tahun 2016 oleh perusahaan China ByteDance yang awalnya menyediakan platform bagi individu untuk mengekspresikan dan mengasah bakat mereka melalui konten video. Saat ini Tiktok sedang memperkenalkan fitur tambahan yang berguna untuk bisnis online. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Celebrity Endorsement dan harga pada minat beli konsumen. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif. Prosedur pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner. Populasii penelitian ini terdiri dari pengguna TikTok Shop di wilayah Surakarta. Rumus Slovin digunakan untuk menghitung jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan pengambilan sampel secara accidental dan purposive sampling. Smart PLS 3.0 digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa celebrity endorsement memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dibidang ecommerce khususnya pada pengguna Tik Tok Shop dengan menyajikan informasi baru dan relevan.\u0000 \u0000Keywords: Celebrity Endorsement, Harga, Minat Beli\u0000 \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000 \u0000Tiktok is a social networking platform that is currently trending in the modern era. Tiktok a new media platform launched in 2016 by Chinese company ByteDance that initially provided a platform for individuals to express and hone their talents through video content. Currently Tiktok is introducing additional features that are useful for online businesses. The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of Celebrity Endorsement and price on consumer buying interest. This type of research is quantitative. The data collection procedure is a questionnaire. The population of this study consists of TikTok Shop users in the Surakarta area. The Slovin formula was used to calculate the sample size, which was 100 respondents. The sample technique used is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling and purposive sampling. Smart PLS 3.0 was used to analyse the data in this study. The results of this study indicate that celebrity endorsement has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. Price has a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest. Studi ini menemukan bahwa kualitas produk dan dukungan selebriti secara signifikan meningkatkan keinginan konsumen untuk membeli produk yang diteliti. Ketertarikan terhadap kosmetik Wardah tidak berkorelasi dengan persepsi konsumen terhadap merek. \u0000Kata kunci : kualitas produk,citra merek,celebrity endorser,minat beli. \u0000  \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000The goal of this research is to analyze how product quality, brand image, and celebrity endorsements all work together to affect sales of wardah cosmetics in Kendal. Participants in the research are made up of those who have shown an interest in buying wardah cosmetics. In all, one hundred persons were asked their opinion. This approach relies on multiple linear regression. This study found that both product quality and celebrity endorsements significantly increased consumers' desire to buy the studied products. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas inovasi digital SRC (Sampoerna Retail Community) pada toko kelontong di Kecamatan Kuala Kabupaten Langkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan metode indepth interview(wawancara mendalam). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis reduksi data. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 4 orang yang merupakan 3 pemilik Toko Kelontong yang tergabung dengan mitra SRC (Sampoerna Retail Community) yang berada di Kecamatan Kuala Kabupaten Langkat yang berjumlah 3 Toko dan 1 orang merupakan SRC Coach PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk . Hasil penelitian adalah, inovasi digital SRC (Sampoerna Retail Community) sangat membantu salah satunya  membantu dalam hal peningkatan volume penjualan melalui pengelolaan administrasi yang lebih baik berupa edukasi manajemen toko atau pendampingan dari SRC, yang sesuai berdasarkan indikator efektivitas, termasuk kejelasan tujuan program, penyediaan sarana dan prasarana,  dan operasi program.\u0000 \u0000Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Inovasi Digital, SRC, Toko Kelontong.\u0000 \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT\u0000 \u0000Today's economy is developing very rapidly, which is characterized by the current progress in science and technology. With the rapid development of technology, the digital world and the internet have certainly had an impact on the world of marketing. Global marketing trends are shifting from traditional (offline) to digital (online). The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of SRC (Sampoerna Retail Community) digital innovation in grocery stores in Kuala District, Langkat Regency. This study used qualitative research methods with in-depth interview methods. The data analysis technique in this study used data reduction analysis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang subsektor batu bara dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria perusahaan subsektor batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan telah menerbitkan Laporan Keuangan Tahun 2020, jumlah sampel sebanyak 18 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan metode komparatif dengan Test of Homogenity of Variances dan Parametric Statistic One Way Anova yang kemudian diteruskan dengan menggunakan Non Parametric Statistic Kruskal Wallis. Hasil uji hipotesis menyimpulkan bahwa nilai signifikan yang diperoleh dari Test of Homogenity of Variance sebesar 0,007 atau kurang dari 0,05 yang berarti hipotesis nol ditolak dan terdapat perbedaan perusahaan sehingga dugaan yang digunakan untuk Parametric Statistic One Way Anova yaitu terdapat persamaan varian berlaku dan pengujian hipotesis tidak dapat dilakukan yang kemudian diteruskan dengan Non Parametric Statistic Kruskal Wallis yang mana sebagai pengganti dari Parametric Statistic One Way Anova dan memperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,776 atau lebih besar dari taraf nyata 0,05 yang berarti hipotesis nol diterima dan tidak terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Market Value Added (MVA) pada perusahaan subsektor batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.  \u0000Kata Kunci : Economic Value Added, Market Value Added, Kruskal Wallis \u0000  \u0000  \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000  \u0000This study aims to test the hypothesis of differences in Financial Performance with the method of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) through the independent variable Financial Performance. The population of this study are companies engaged in the coal sub-sector and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with the criteria of coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and having published the 2020 Financial Statements, the number of samples is 18 companies. The research data analysis technique uses a comparative method with the Test of Homogeneity of Variances and Parametric Statistics One Way Anova which is then continued using Kruskal Wallis Non Parametric Statistics. Variabel independen ada lima yaitu independensi, kompetensi, program, pelaksanaan dan laporan audit, variabel dependen pemasaran dan penjualan. Analisis data menguji asumsi klasik, regresi linear dan hipotesis dengan program SPSS. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan independensi, kompetensi, program, pelaksanaan dan laporan audit mempengaruhi pemasaran sebesar 43,8% dan mempengaruhi penjualan sebesar 40,4%. Secara simultan independensi, kompetensi, program, pelaksanaan dan laporan audit berpengaruh terhadap pemasaran dan penjualan. Secara Parsial Pelaksanaan audit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemasaran dan penjualan sedangkan independensi, kompetensi, program dan laporan audit tidak berpengaruh signifikan. \u0000  \u0000Kata Kunci : Independensi, kompetensi, program, pelaksanaan, laporan audit, pemasaran dan penjualan. \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000  \u0000This study aims to analyze independence, competence, programs, implementation and reports of internal auditors on marketing and sales at PT Pegadaian Regional Office III Palembang, where the research data is in the form of a questionnaire filled out by 40 respondents who are employees of PT Pegadaian Regional Office III Palembang. There are five independent variables, namely independence, competence, programs, implementation and audit reports, the dependent variable marketing and sales. Data analysis tested the classical assumptions, linear regression and hypotheses with the SPSS program. Research results show independence, competence, programs, implementation and audit reports affect marketing by 43.8% and affect sales by 40.4%. Simultaneously independence, competence, programs, implementation and audit reports affect marketing and sales. Data sekunder dengan berbentuk sebuah laporan keuangan dengan perolehannya didapatkan dari BEI atau Bursa Efek Indonesia merupakan sebuah sumber data dari kegiatan penelitian ini. Didalam kegiatan penelitian ini teknik yang dipakai ialah teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel penelitiannya sejumlah 22 perusahaan. Sedangkan analisis regresi linier berganda ialah teknik analisis yang dipakai didalam kegiatan penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini adalah field research atau studi lapangan, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan secara langsung dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden yang dianggap memenuhi syarat. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan pada responden.Kuesioner ini digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan  dan promosi penjualan serta minat beli konsumen. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan pengolahan data dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26 for window, diperoleh hasil secara simultan (Uji F) menunjukan bahwa Fhitung sebesar 39.044 > Ftabel 2.68 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh antara kualitas produk (X1), kualitas pelayanan (X2), dan promosi penjualan (X3) secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap minat beli konsumen (Y). Dan hasil koefisien determinasi seperti yang terdapat pada tabel 29, bahwa nilai R2 sebesar 0,700, hal ini berarti sebesar 70%. dapat dijelaskan oleh variable kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan promosi penjualan, sedangkan 30 % (100% - 70%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.\u0000 \u0000Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, Promosi Penjualan, Minat Beli Konsumen\u0000 \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT\u0000 \u0000This research was conducted with the aim of knowing \"The Effect of Product Quality, Service Quality and Sales Promotion on Consumer Buying Interest in The Hungry Burger\". Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 109 orang pegawai dengan teknik purposive sampling. Selanjutnya untuk memperoleh kualitas data yang baik dan akurat, maka dilakukan metode pengujian berupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan untuk memperolah nilai koefisien yang tidak bias, maka digunakan persyaratan uji analisis yaitu datanya harus normal, tidak terdapat gejala heteroskedasitas dan multikolinieritas. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Path Analysis. Studi ini menghasilkan temuan (1). Variabel kompetensi dan budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, dan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja adalah variabel budaya kerja. (2) Kompetensi, budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan variabel kompetensi merupakan variable terpenting yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. (3) Motivasi kerja menjadi variabel perantara hubungan antara kompetensi dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja. \u0000Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Budaya Kerja, Motivasi, dan Kinerja Pegawai \u0000  \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000  \u0000This study aims to examine whether competence and work culture affect employee performance mediated by motivation at the Department of Transportation of South Sumatra Province. The samples taken amounted to 109 employees with purposive sampling technique. Furthermore, to obtain good and accurate data quality, a testing method is carried out in the form of validity and reliability tests. Meanwhile, to obtain an unbiased coefficient value, the analytical test requirements are used, namely the data must be normal, there are no symptoms of heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. The analytical method used is the Path Analysis method. This study yields findings (1). Competency and work culture variables have a positive and significant effect on motivation, and the most influential variable on work motivation is work culture. Mengembangkan SDM unggul menjadi salah satu kunci utama pengembangan industri halal. Pengembangan industri halal di Indonesia harus dilakukan dengan inovatif dan kompetitif. Pelaku usaha industri halal diharapkan memiliki standar kinerja inovasi yang mumpuni agar dapat memanfaatkan momentum masa pasca pandemi Covid-19 sebagai titik kebangkitan industri halal pasca pandemi Covid-19. Untuk mendukung adanya inovasi dan terwujudnya kinerja inovasi bagi pengembangan industri halal di Indonesia, dibutuhkan SDM yang memiliki kompetensi. Pengembangan kompetensi SDM sangat tergantung dengan komitmen dan kapabilitas dinamik dari pelaku industri halal. Dalam persaingan bisnis global khususnya pemulihan pasca pandemi Covid-19, pelaku industri halal selain memerhatikan struktur industri, juga harus melihat perspektif internal dengan menelaah secara seksama sumber daya yang dimilikinya dan bagaimana mengombinasikannya untuk memperoleh kompetensi inti dan keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kapabilitas dinamik yang terdiri dari adaptive capabilities, absorptive capabilities, dan innovative capabilities secara langsung terhadap kinerja inovasi maupun secara tidak langsung melalui kompetensi sumber daya manusia sebagai variabel mediasi. Grand Theory yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori resource-based view. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 170 pelaku industri halal skala kecil di Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini diolah dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptive capabilities berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi SDM dan kinerja inovasi. Sedangkan absorptive capabilities berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi SDM, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi. Selanjutnya innovative capabilities berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi SDM. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial variabel sikap kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dan keterampilan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan dan berdasarkan uji F bersama-sama (simultan) sikap kerja dan keterampilan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. \u0000  \u0000Kata kunci :Sikap Kerja, Keterampilan kerja, Produktivitas Kerja. \u0000  \u0000  \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000  \u0000This study aims to determine and test the hypothesis of the influence of work attitudes and work productivity on employees partially and simultaneously. The population of this study were all employees of PT.Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia. The sampling technique is the saturated sampling formula. The results obtained from the number of samples in this study were 36 respondents with the criteria of employees working in the field. Research data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The measurement scale uses a Likert Scale. The data analysis techniques used are instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, correlation coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 22.
