The article discusses passive methods of protecting information from leakage due to TEMPEST: the main approaches and principles of equipment shielding are formulated. The physical basis of electromagnetic radiation shielding at various frequencies is presented. The paper analyzed modern design solutions for shielding the VGA interface to protect information from leakage after TEMPEST. During the study, the experiments were carried out using deployed antennas and a spectrum analyzer. The main problem faced by designers is the correct calculation of the pulse transformer. Often, the calculations do not take into account the influence of external factors, so the characteristics of the prototype often do not correspond to the calculated ones, which leads to additional material and labor costs for their correction. Software complexes for mathematical modeling allow obtaining the characteristics of the node closest to the real ones. One of the most famous is Ansys. This article assesses the possibility of modeling a pulse transformer. The object of the study was a planar transformer with a multi-channel power supply. The node calculated for ohmic losses and the output voltage corresponds to the required one. This trend can be explained by one of the advantages of these devices. They have high specific mass-energy indicators due to the high speed. Micro-gas turbine installations account for more than a quarter of the generated capacity of all gas turbine units. The most promising design scheme of the electric part is the gearless coupling of the electric generator with the turbine. Generators with high speed have special requirements in terms of mechanical strength of rotating parts and reliability of the bearing assembly. The closest analogue to the proposed variant is a synchronous generator with radially arranged permanent magnets. The global monopoly of gas turbine plants with generators of this type is Capstone. But this design contains a number of insoluble technical contradictions that do not allow developing in this direction. Such contradictions include low electrical efficiency due to high magnetic losses, the complexity of cooling, the inability to increase power due to the axial length with the limitation of the rotor diameter due to the large magnitude of centrifugal forces. The article considers an alternative option. This is the design of a synchronous generator with axial permanent magnets applied to a highly efficient gas turbine power plant. The design of the generator and the principle of its operation are described. Contact interference refers to the class of interference caused by the electromagnetic field of a radio transmitter in the near field on conductive mechanical contacts with non-linear and time-varying electrical resistance or on variable contacts that are re-emitters (secondary emitters) of an electromagnetic field. The presence of such contacts forming the system is characteristic of a moving object (ship, car, tank, plane, train, etc.), on which transmitting and receiving radio electronic means (EM) operate. During the operation of the transmitter, contact interference affects the receptor mounted on the same moving object, and, as a rule, this influence is greater, the greater the speed of the object, which indicates a direct dependence of these interference on vibrations and mechanical shocks that affect the change in contact density. The features of energy transfer in the three-phase symmetrical AC supply are considered. The article analyzes the harmonic composition of the current consumption when using the simplest three-phase bridge rectifier for different types of loads as a converter. It is concluded that the harmonic composition of the current consumption does not meet the requirements of the standards. The article proposes a variant of the three-phase highly efficient power factor corrector structure that meets the requirements for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and the harmonic composition of the current consumption. The proposed power factor corrector has an increased efficiency and reduced weight and size characteristics relative to existing samples. The article describes the operation algorithms of the power factor corrector, provides analytical relationships that describe the algorithm of the proposed energy converter. In this connection, one of the urgent tasks in the modern development of unmanned vehicles is the solution to the problem of providing security for new advanced systems, algorithms, methods, and principles of space navigation of robots. In the paper, we present an approach to the protection of machine vision systems based on technologies of deep learning. At the heart of the approach lies the “Feature Squeezing” method that works on the phase of model operation. It allows us to detect “adversarial” examples. In the work, an optimal algorithm for controlling the process of starting the heater to a given operating mode is obtained by the accuracy criterion. The optimal phase portrait consists of two intervals: the interval of bounded moving and the “special” region. It is shown that the “special” region represents a periodic piecewise continuous function asymptotically approaching a required final value. The synthesis of a looped optimal system is complicated by the fact that at the “special” control interval the temperature of the metal at the exit of the heater does not change. It was found that the temperature of the metal inside the heater varies according to a certain law in accordance with the optimal algorithm. This circumstance allows synthesizing a looped optimal system at the “special” interval as a system with feedback on the metal temperature at some “internal” point of the heater. A connection is established between the temperature change at the control point and the control algorithm. It is shown that the phase trajectory has the form of a piecewise constant function that converges to a steady-state value. The coordinate of the installation location of the feedback sensor is determined. The operating conditions and design features of engines often impede assessing their technical condition. The most common electrical faults are phase loss, intra-winding short circuits, winding short circuits to the housing, inter-winding short circuits, open rotor rods, open windings or in an external circuit. In addition to the electrical part damage, mechanical damage is also distinguished. It includes bearing damage, poor engine mounts, dynamic and static eccentricity. The paper suggest using the theory of fuzzy sets for the objective assessment of the state of an asynchronous machine. The description of objects and phenomena by fuzzy sets requires the use of linguistic variables. They are described by means of fuzzy sets in a certain domain of definition and by the name of variables. Linguistic assessment uses not only quantitative, but also qualitative data. The material obtained as a result of quantitative assessment methods needs to be used, passing it through some transformations. Information on the probability of an emergency situation can be presented in the form of a range of change, represented as a fuzzy set. As input data, this method uses data recognized by an artificial neural network, which is obtained on the basis of data on amplitudes of odd harmonics from 3-11 inclusively generated by the motor. As a result of the experiments, the range of permissible values of linguistic variables is found. It is found that the change in the harmonic composition of currents and voltages of the motor during damage of various kinds is non-linear. Using the Matlab software, the input data is processed. This type of electric machines is well-known, however, their application in wind power plants appears to be a new engineering solution. Having a strong influence on generator design and its operational mode, special working conditions of wind power plants require a new approach to the engineering design, in particular to the design of generators to be applied in the above-mentioned field. The present article contains one of optimal engineering techniques that is based on mathematical modeling and is used to design double-fed generators for wind-power plants application. On the one hand, the mathematical model should be simple to be easily included into variety of programmed cycles in order to determine optimum dimensions. On the other hand, the mathematical model should be able to provide required accuracy of the main parameters and characteristics. Such mathematical model is described in the present article. Its basis is generalized variables with transparent physical significance, short variation range and fixed boundaries. The optimization algorithm uses Gauss–Seidel method coordinate descent approach to achieve optimum and Fibonacci method to select step. The structure of the mathematical model is provided in the article. The paper analyses the internal structure of a photocell and its equivalent circuit taking into account the photo element distributed capacity and overall inductance of the internal connections. Complete nonlinear mathematical model of the solar battery in its analytical form has been construed considering the p-n junction inverse current and photocells impedance. The ratios obtained allow the immediate visualization of voltage changes at the solar battery output depending on the loading current, light stream intensity and photocells temperature as a result of the solution of the system of implicit equations. A total complex impedance of photovoltaic cells is entered into the simulation model to reflect the solar battery dynamic properties. Basing on the actual technical parameters of photocells and the solar battery the volt-ampere characteristics have been drawn and the analysis of frequency characteristics of photo-electric converters has been made confirming the adequacy to the proposed model.
