The features of energy transfer in the three-phase symmetrical AC supply are considered. The article analyzes the harmonic composition of the current consumption when using the simplest three-phase bridge rectifier for different types of loads as a converter. It is concluded that the harmonic composition of the current consumption does not meet the requirements of the standards. The article proposes a variant of the three-phase highly efficient power factor corrector structure that meets the requirements for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and the harmonic composition of the current consumption. The proposed power factor corrector has an increased efficiency and reduced weight and size characteristics relative to existing samples. The article describes the operation algorithms of the power factor corrector, provides analytical relationships that describe the algorithm of the proposed energy converter.
