Leadership is a very fundamental thing to discuss because it is closely related to everyday life. Today it is difficult to find an ideal type of leader like the Daśaratha in the Kakawin Rāmāyaṇa. For this reason, the purpose of writing this article is to examine the leadership tips of the Daśaratha so that they can be reflected by prospective leaders or even those who are leading. One of the most obvious descriptions of the ideal leader that can be used as a reflection by today's leaders is in Kakawin Rāmāyaṇa sargah I pada 3. To be able to study properly and correctly and obtain reliable findings, the author uses the Hermeneutics theory proposed by Hans-George Gadamer as a tool for study. Regarding the method, the writer uses an interpretive descriptive approach, considering that the writing of this article is part of a qualitative research that is oriented towards library research. The writing of this article is directed at three discussions related to Kakawin Rāmāyaṇa sargah I's reflection on 3 in forming intellectual, divine, and humanist leaders. To form an intellectual type of leadership, a leader must be oriented to the Kakawin Rāmāyaṇa sargah I pada 3 which reads \"wruh sira riṅ Wéda\". Then to form a divine type of leadership, a leader must be oriented to the Kakawin Rāmāyaṇa sargah I pada 3 which reads \"bhakti riṅ déwa\". And finally, to form a humanist type of leadership, a leader must be oriented to the Kakawin Rāmāyaṇa sargah I pada 3 which reads \"tar malupéṅ pitrēpūja, māsih ta siréṅ swagotra kabéh\".","PeriodicalId":284712,"journal":{"name":"Pangkaja: Jurnal Agama Hindu","volume":"84 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131684461","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The uniqueness of the mudra movement is strongly influenced by the aguron - guron line. This work descriptively describes Shiva's sulinggih mudra which is practiced during the implementation of Dewa Yadnya. The rhythmic movement of the mudra can carry Sulinggih's soul to Shiva at the time of the Dewa Yadnya ceremony. The stages and forms of mudra have a deep meaning and function, starting from the Akasa Mudra Movement to the Tangkep Hand Movement and the Hredaya Mudra. The energy of the mudra at the time of the dewa yadnya ceremony is able to synergize or synchronize the energies between planets. Spiritually the form and movement of each type of mudra will be related to the form and energy of one of the dewatas as a manifestation of God. Therefore, this mudra energy came to be known as manik secap asta gina, meaning that through the hands everything will be realized. The mudra of Sulinggih Shivat is closely related to Yantra (in the form of offerings), Mantra (puja), and Mudra in the process of purification of the Bhuana Agung.","PeriodicalId":284712,"journal":{"name":"Pangkaja: Jurnal Agama Hindu","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131286817","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The data collection techniques in this study are; literature review, interviews, and documentation. In this study, the raw data that had been collected were processed using descriptive and qualitative methods. The concept of Nibbana in the Sutta Pitaka is a very unique Buddhist philosophy. Nibbana is something that cannot be described in words because Nibbana can only be understood by the wise. Nibbana is a definite state after craving disappears, fire is extinguished because it runs out of fuel as well as Nibbana is the cessation of craving, attachment, passions and defilements.
