Various \u0000scholars have come up with multiple definitions of the terms, all revolving \u0000around the influence notion. Leaders have been reported to influence other \u0000individuals to dedicate their efforts to attain a given objective. Leadership, \u0000however, is a broad term, possessing many definitions. It includes and affects various approaches, \u0000situations, skills, reactions, competencies, and qualities. On the other hand, \u0000innovation is a practical implementation of methods or ideas that facilitate \u0000introducing new products or improving how services and goods are offered. Suggested models for political leadership are mostly untested, which make their \u0000applicability and effects largely unknown. This paper proposes development of a \u0000conceptual framework and discusses how it can be used to design a model for \u0000political leadership. A thematic review of literature on political leadership \u0000identified 27 different theories and practices which elucidated fully or \u0000partially the components of political leadership theory and practice. The \u0000models were subjected to a thematic analysis to identify themes used in \u0000political leadership. The results were used to develop a conceptual framework. \u0000Two themes and four processes of political leadership were identified. From \u0000these results, a \u0000conceptual framework for political leadership theory and practice was \u0000developed. The framework illustrates the two components of the political \u0000leadership theory and practice while indicating a multidisciplinary set of \u0000relationships. As such the framework allows for individual themes to occur \u0000repeatedly through the political leadership continuum. The results of the study \u0000can serve as a preliminary model for developing an extended understanding of the theory and practice of \u0000political leadership, and also be used in disciplines such as political \u0000science, economics, sociology, and psychology, as a guide in determining \u0000inter-relational dynamics in political leadership patterns, behaviors, and \u0000character traits of leaders in future studies. The framework provides a \u0000foundation for gathering evidence from scenario-based case studies on the \u0000political leadership function. Attempts at utilising thematic analysis to \u0000develop a framework for ascertaining congruence between political leadership \u0000theory and practice is a new concept and it calls for further future study to \u0000improve the framework with an aim of advancing its practicality in explaining \u0000the concepts.

Therefore, birth willingness, determining \u0000factors and policy optimization have become key topics of discussion and \u0000analysis. This study examined the factors influencing childbearing intentions \u0000among female employees of Department M in the Public Sector in China under the \u0000“Two-child” Policy Using a questionnaire survey and interview guide both \u0000capturing three dimensions that are individual basic information, actual \u0000marital status and family structure characteristics, data were collected from \u0000female employees of Department M in the Public Sector in China. Data were \u0000collected from 280 female employees. Logistic binary regression was carried out \u0000for quantitative data using SAS software while qualitative data were analysed \u0000using content analysis. The findings revealed that the influencing factors of \u0000the current female employees’ willingness to bear children in the Department M \u0000were marital factors, birth and support costs, growth environment, family \u0000conditions and external conditions. Therefore, it was concluded that the severe \u0000cost of childbirth and its own development situation will affect the \u0000willingness of female employees to bear children. Thus, it is \u0000important to examine how teachers are involved in curriculum decision-making. Being the stakeholders who empowered teachers with \u0000autonomy, this study explored principals’ perspectives of how teaching research \u0000group (TRG) leaders are empowered to take on a curriculum leadership (CL) role \u0000in secondary schools in China. A qualitative approach was employed and involved \u0000interviewing 10 principals and collecting the job descriptions of TRG leaders \u0000in 10 secondary schools in Taiyuan City, China. The NCR was pioneered in 2001 \u0000in 38 experimental areas (e.g., provinces, autonomous districts and \u0000municipalities) selected by the MoE, which aimed at prompting the implementation \u0000of NCR. Taiyuan City is one of the experimental areas (MoE, 2001). The findings \u0000demonstrated the necessity for empowering TRG leaders, as they were found to be \u0000less empowered and exhibited less awareness of enacting the CL role, especially \u0000for the national curriculum. In terms of the theoretical contribution of this \u0000study, it explicates the involvement of teacher leaders in CL at four levels \u0000(i.e., the school level, the classroom level, the social relationship level, \u0000and the personal level). This provides a reference for an in-depth \u0000understanding of teacher leaders’ initiatives. In practice, the research \u0000findings are informative for entailing teachers with greater autonomy. This \u0000will ultimately prompt school development and thus broaden and add to the international \u0000body of knowledge on teachers’ engagement in CL.

To provide \u0000a rigorous curriculum, principals need effective skills to grow teachers’ \u0000instructional and pedagogical competencies. The development of these necessary \u0000skills should begin during the principal preparation program with the \u0000candidate’s ability to demonstrate instructional coaching competencies. Methods: The purpose of this mixed methods research study was to determine whether there \u0000was an improvement in principal candidates’ performance on the linear \u0000combinations of the indicators across the four examined Evaluation Cycles and \u0000in a qualitative phase, to pinpoint the significant improvements in principal \u0000candidates’ performances on observed indicators.
