The sample size for this study containing a total of thirty-one (31) library employees called librarians, which signifies the \ntotal population of academic employees called librarians in the institutes \nconsidered, was used. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire survey. The sample size for \nthis study was thirty-one (31) respondents. Data was analyzed through SPSS \nsoftware by using different statistical techniques likewise frequency, \npercentages, mean and standard deviation. Results for this study revealed the \nimplementation of autocratic, democratic, and transformational leadership styles by means of \nthe University library employees called librarians. The transformational style of leadership is largely \naccepted followed by democratic style. This study consistently concluded that \nthe leadership styles of university library employees distress the efficiency \nof the employees under their supervision. Abstract
The main purpose of this research study is to
