This has become problematic for ethical leadership decision-making. \nThis study introduces the foundational leadership theory which builds on ethic position \ntheory by applying leader-member exchange concepts. Research confirmed that foundational \nleadership-integrity, assurance and pragmatism significantly predict organization \ncommitment. Therefore, foundational leadership theory establishes employees’ ethical \nperception of their leader and influences organizational commitment. 摘要
