Finite state machine (FSM) based central controller has been used to operate such FLC model. It performs a series of operations required for the real-time car-parking process. Subsequently, the defuzzifier architecture has been further optimized using resource sharing technique which reduces the overall chip area and power consumption of the proposed car parking system. Additionally, we have discussed the results from field-programmable gate-array (FPGA) synthesis and application-specific integrated-circuit (ASIC) implementations of the suggested architecture and compared with the conventional architecture. Functional verification of the design using simulation tool for a similar set of inputs has been performed in this work. Due to the slow speed nature of the OCT, mechanical transmission systems such as gear box, belt drives usually being used to fit the torque — speed characteristics of OCTS with the high speed PMSGs. This results in high starting torque in addition to the transmission losses. To avoid these issues, low speed PMSGs are required to be designed for the speed-torque characteristics of the OCT. The system is modeled considering various practical situation like unit commitment condition or inter-temporal limitations and also as a novel approach the transmission loss is incorporated in the formulation by accurate loss evaluation. As the GAMS environment is incapable of efficiently calculate the loss of the transmission network, MATLAB is used to calculate the transmission loss of the system and the optimization tool for GAMS software is used to optimize the system. There are many algorithm which has been used on similar condition but for a system as complicated as the problem considered in this research is not solved before as efficiently. The proposed solution technique is tested against a test system in two different scenario. Although there are two more system which are tested but due to space limitation, is not shown. The guidance and control structure retains the advantages of the time scale separation between the translational and rotational dynamics explicitly while also preserving the integrated two loop structure. We consider that Recursive Least Square-based Constant Modulus Algorithm (RLS-CMA) and Least Mean Square-based Constant Modulus Algorithm (LMS-CMA) algorithms are time tested. Therefore, we investigated a combination of RLS-LMS-CMA algorithm. We achieve similar tracking performance when compared to Unscented Kalman Filter-based Constant Modulus Algorithm (UKF-CMA) with minimal computational complexity. Simulations are carried out to compare the performance of RLS-LMS-CMA with other state-of-the-art algorithms. The information available on the web is abound and hence it is essential to mine the important information and avoid the irrelevant details. Along with this, it is beneficial to consider information that is contextually similar to information related to a particular topic as it provides a big picture. Tweets contains keywords known as hashtags which provide useful information for the purpose of sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, event detection, etc. In this paper, we have analyzed Twitter data based on their hashtags, which is widely used nowadays. We have extracted tweets pertaining to a single keyword and to contextually similar keywords. For the purpose of finding similar words we have used word embeddings that capture contextual information successfully. We have used topic modeling to expose the latent structure of the documents based on probability distribution. The maximum magnitude and maximum phase angle plots are obtained from S-transform for various bearing conditions both on shaft-side and fan-side. The standard deviation of these plots are utilized to detect and analyze the bearing faults. The various bearing faults analyzed under case studies include defects in innerrace, outerrace, cage and balls. The quality of reconstructed speech increases with the size of Gaussian codebook used for quantizing excitation sequences. But this results in increased transmission bit rate and search complexity of the codebook. This can be dealt with using tools from Compressed Sensing (CS) domain that transfers complexity of transmitter to space of sparse recovery at receiver. Sparse signal recovery gained much interest in signal processing research as it allows data sampling below Nyquist rate. A Compressive Sensing based CELP coder that allows bit rate scalability by varying the dimension of the measurement vectors is designed and implemented in this paper. Vector quantization of CS measurements and Linear Predictive Coding (LPC) coefficients using Gaussian and LPC codebooks respectively resulted in a bit rate of 11.9kbps which is less than that of CELP coder of the same speech quality. One of the reasons for energy dissipation in WBAN system is due to interference of signals from other such networks which results in a dimensionality reduction problem. Another issue concerning the WBAN system is the prediction of data with respect to faults or misinterpretation of the signal. Many learning based algorithm are proposed for efficient prediction, however, these learning require large number of training samples often leading to increased computational time making it less preferred in practical applications. This paper intends to address the above mentioned issues by combining the method of principal component analysis with respect to nonlinearity along with Auto Associative Neural Network (AANN). Noise contained in the position information is filtered out using the extended Kalman filter. A radar dynamics model accepts the target dynamics to provide the target position information in terms of azimuthal and elevation angles (w.r.t the radars). From this, the firing angles (i.e. the angles w.r.t the laser guns) are calculated, and are corrected at discrete intervals of time (0.1s). Simulation results of the proposed concepts have demonstrated successful tracking of the target by the laser beams.
