This type of research is a quantitative descriptive with the sample in this study is 100 respondents of the Shopee application in Yogyakarta. The files collection technique used a Likert scale questionnaire. The analytical method used is the sobel test to find out  whether there is a relationship through the intervening variable which has a significant power in the relationship. The results showed that the price discount variable did not have positive influence and significant effect on hedonic shopping motivation, the website quality variable had a positive influence and significant effect on Hedonic Shopping Motivation, the Hedonic Shopping Motivation variable had a positive influence  and significant effect on impulsive buying, the price discount variable did not have positive influence and significant effect on impulse buying, website quality variables had a positive influence and significant effect on impulse buying.AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh potongan harga terhadap motivasi belanja hedonis, pengaruh kualitas website terhadap motivasi belanja hedonis, pengaruh motivasi belanja hedonis terhadap pembelian impulsif  pengaruh potongan harga terhadap pembelian impulsif, pengaruh kualitas website terhadap impulse buying. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan responden 100 orang, penggun/konsumen pada aplikasi shopee di Yogyakarta . Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner yang dibagikan dengan menggunakan teknik Accidental Purposive Sampling. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan Uji Kualitas Data, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi Berganda dan Uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian (1) Tidak terdapat pengaruh antara price discount terhadap motivasi belanja hedonis pada para konsumen aplikasi shopee di Yogyakarta. (2) Terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas website terhadap Hedonic Shopping Motivation pada pengguna aplikasi shopee di Yogyakarta. (3) Terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi belanja hedonis terhadap pembelian impulsif  pada pengguna aplikasi shopee di Yogyakarta. (4) Tidak terdapat pengaruh antara Price Discount terhadap pembelian impulsif pada pengguna aplikasi shopee di Yogyakarta. The data in this study obtained from the OSIRIS database involving all companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2002-2019. The results of this study indicate that operating income, cash component of earnings and eaanings distributed to investors have higher persistence. Operating income is the highest component of earnings. Most of previous research examining the persistence of earnings in developed markets, this paper investigated persistence of earnings in developing markets. Indonesia is one of the developing countries.AbstrakPenelitian ini tidak hanya menguji persistensi laba secara umum, namun menguji persistensi laba pada tatanan komponen-komponen laba yang dibagi dalam komponen kas dan akrual, komponen laba operasi dan non operasi serta komponen distribusi laba kepada investor dan kreditor dan menguji komponen laba yang manakah yang mempunyai persistensi yang lebih tinggi. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Database OSIRIS dengan melibatkan seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Indonesia mulai tahun 2002-2019. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa laba yang berasal dai aktifitas utama perusahaan, laba yang berbasis pada kas dan laba yang didistribusikan kepada investor mempunyai persistensi yang lebih tinggi. Laba operasi merupakan komponen laba yang mempunyai persistensi paling tinggi. Hasil penelitian yang menguji persistensi laba banyak dilakukan di pasar yang sudah maju dan sedikit sekali yang meninjau persistensi laba dan komponen-komponen laba pada pasar yang berkembang. The statistical technique used in this study is regression analysis moderated by SPSS. The results obtained from this study are that dividend policy and institutional ownership have a positive and significant effect on firm value, leverage has a negative effect on firm value. Growth opportunities strengthen the influence of dividend and institutional value policies on companies independently of the company value sought with Tobin's Q as the dependent variable. This study uses growth opportunities as a moderating variable. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study used a sample of 199 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013 - 2017. The data collection technique was purposive sampling method.AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menguji pengaruh kebijakan dividen, leverage, dan kepemilikan institusional kepada nilai perusahaan . Teknik statistik yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini ialah moderated regression analysis dengan SPSS. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa kebijakan dividen dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada nilai perusahaan, leverage berpengaruh negatif pada nilai perusahaan. Growth opportunity memperkuat pengaruh kebijakan dividen dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap nilai perusahaan secara independen terhadap nilai perusahaan yang dicari dengan Tobin’s Q sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini memakai growth opportunity sebagai variabel moderating. Penelitian ini memakai data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini memakai sampel 199 perusahaan manufaktur yang berada di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2013 - 2017. Takoyaki 48 is one of the business for SMEs in the field of Japanese cuisine. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of food quality (X1), quality of service (X2), and location (X3) to customer satisfaction (Y1) and its implications for Positive Word of Mouth (Y2) Takoyaki 48. The population used in this study is consumers who buy products in stores takoyaki 48 more than equal to 3 times with a total sample of 130 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) in AMOS. The results of data processing of the entire model has met the criteria Goodness of Fit with the following results: Chi square = 131.973; probability = 0.066; CMIN / DF = 1,211; GFI = 0.897; AGFI = 0.855; TLI = 0.978; CFI = 0.982; RMSEA = 0,040. Thus, it can be stated that the model in this study received. The survey results revealed that there is significant relationship between customer satisfaction with Positive Word of Mouth, Location with Positive Word of Mouth, Quality Foods with Customer Satisfaction, Quality of Service with Customer Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction location with.AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh semakin tingginya tingkat persaingan bisnis utamanya pada UKM di bidang kuliner yang disebabkan oleh banyaknya bermunculan UKM dengan berbagai macam jenis kuliner yang ditawarkan. Takoyaki 48 merupakan salah satu bisnis UKM yang bergerak di bidang kuliner Jepang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas makanan (X1), kualitas layanan (X2), dan lokasi (X3) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y1) dan implikasinya terhadap Positive Word of Mouth (Y2) Takoyaki 48. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli produk di gerai Takoyaki 48 lebih dari sama dengan 3 kali dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 130 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) pada program AMOS. Seiring berkembangnya zaman yang semakin modern banyak pengusaha muda yang mengeluarkan ide bisnis minuman dengan banyak variasi rasa terutama pada produk minuman. Selain itu, mereka juga mahir dalam melakukan pemasaran melalui media sosial. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh usaha kecil dan menengah adalah kurangnya modal untuk mengembangkan usaha, dan strategi pemasaran. Maka hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah diatas adalah melakukan strategi pemasaran berbasis online, melakukan segmentasi pasar dan mendesain suatu produk yang menarik, agar usaha kecil dan menengah dapat mengoptimalkan usaha mereka. Selain itu, menjalin mitra antara usaha kecil dan menengah lainnya juga bisa dilakukan untuk memperkuat upaya bersama dalam mengembangkan usaha. Selain strategi pemasaran dalam menjalankan usaha juga dibutuhkan sistem informasi akuntansi. Tujuan dari sistem akuntansi sendiri adalah untuk melaporkan kegiatan usaha dari segi keuangan. Dengan adanya sistem akuntansi ini dapat membantu pengusaha dalam mengevaluasi usaha yang dijalankan.AbstractMarketing strategies in the Covid-19 pandemic have a very important role for entrepreneurs in running their business in accordance with the targets and vision and mission that have been determined. Along with the development of an increasingly modern era, many young entrepreneurs are issuing beverage business ideas with many flavors, especially in beverage products. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli produk Pertalite di SPBU Soekarno Hatta. Penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling yang merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberikan peluang atau kesempatan yang sama bagi setiap unsur atau anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi anggota sampel dan dilakukan secara sampling, dengan teknik convenience sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 96 data. Teknik analisis yang digunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1). Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Pertalite di SPBU Soekarno Hatta, 2). Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Pertalite di SPBU Soekarno Hatta Semarang. Dari hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga dan kualitas menjadi hal penting dalam keputusan pembelian produk pertalite.AbstractThe purpose of this study: 1). To analyze the effect of price on consumer decisions in using Pertalite fuel at Soekarno Hatta gas station in Semarang, 2). To analyze the effect of product quality on consumer decisions in using Pertalite fuel oil at Soekarno Hatta gas station in Semarang. The population in this study are consumers who buy Pertalite products at Soekarno Hatta gas stations. This study uses non-probability sampling which is a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as members of the sample and is carried out by sampling, with convenience sampling technique, obtained a sample of 96 data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1). Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Pertalite at Soekarno Hatta gas stations, 2). Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Pertalite at the Soekarno Hatta gas station in Semarang. Populasi terdiri dari seluruh perusahaan industri barang konsumsi tahun 2015 hingga 2019. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu 8 perusahaan subsektor industri barang konsumsi dan seri waktu 5 tahun dari 2015 sampai 2019. Data didapatkan melalui laporan keuangan tahunan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) memakai metode purposive sampling yakni didasarkan pada kriteria tertentu. Metode analisis memakai analisis regresi berganda, asumsi kalsik dan uji hipotesis dengan tingkat memakai program SPSS. Hasil yang telah diselesaikan kebijakan dividen(DPR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kebijakan hutang(DER) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas(ROA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kepemilikan manajerial(KM) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kemudian bersama-sama kebijakan dividen, kebijakan hutang, profitabilitas dan kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of dividend policy, debt policy, profitability, and managerial ownership on the value of the consumer goods industry sub-sector companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The population used is all consumer goods industrial companies from 2015 to 2019. The sample of this research is 8 companies in the consumer goods industry subsector and a 5-year time series from 2015 to 2019. Data is obtained from annual financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using a purposive method. sampling that is based on certain criteria. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis, calcic assumptions, and hypothesis testing using the SPSS program. The results that have been finalized dividend policy (DPR) have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Debt policy (DER) has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. Profitability (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Managerial ownership (KM) has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Anggota populasi yang diteliti sebanyak 40 orang dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Selanjutnya, teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja, namun hanya variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi dan variabel lingkungan kerja yang positif signifikan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan variabel self efficacy dinilai tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. Selanjutnya terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara kepemimpinan demokrasi, self efficacy, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.AbstractThis study aims to test whether democratic leadership style, self-efficacy, and work environment affect employee performance, and test whether the three independent variables simultaneously influence the performance of employees of civil servants who work in the Yogyakarta Tourism Office. The method that used in this research is quantitative research. Members of the population studied as many as 40 people with data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method. Furthermore, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the three independent variables have an influence on the dependent variable, namely performance, but only the democratic leadership style variable and work environment variables have a significant positive effect directly on employee performance. Meanwhile, the self efficacy variable is considered not to have a positive and significant effect. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan sampel  dalam studi ini yaitu pelanggan Outlet Biru Yogyakarta sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu dengan sobel test untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan melalui variabel mediasi yang memiliki kekuatan signifikan memediator dalam hubungan tersebut.  Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Fashion Involvement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Positive Emotion, variabel Shopping Lifestyle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Positive Emotion, variabel Positive Emotion tidak berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap variabel Impulse Buying, variabel Fashion Involvement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Impulse Buying, variabel Shopping Lifestyle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying.AbstractImpulse Buying is unconscious buying behavior because of the consideration or purchase intention that was formed before entering the store. The quantitative method used in this study with the sample in this study, namely the customer of Outlet Biru Yogyakarta as many as 100 respondents. The data collection technique used a Likert scale questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the sobel test to determine whether there is a relationship through the mediating variable which has a significant power to mediate in the relationship.
