Metode yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 orang pembeli dari  pelanggan di Swalayan Aneka Jaya Boja. Alat uji dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan Uji Hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kualitas layanan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan yang berdampak positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.AbstractThe current conditions of business competition, especially in the retail business world, are very tight, making customers vulnerable to change, so every company must try to attract customers and maintain the best possible relationship with customers. This study aims to analyze the quality of service and customer satisfaction and their effect on customer loyalty at Aneka Jaya Boja supermarket.In this study, researchers used a population of customers at the Aneka Jaya Boja supermarket. The method used is purposive sampling method. The sample used is 100 buyers from customers at the Aneka Jaya Boja supermarket. The test equipment in this study used multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing.The results of this study are service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif dapat melalui meningkatkan sumber daya perlu juga meningkatkan peran knowladge, yang dapat dijadikan sebagai aset yang vital bagi perusahaan. Salah satu aset yang dimaksud adalah aset tidak berwujud yang dipunyai oleh perusahaan yaitu Intellectual Capital. Jika organisasi tidak membuat perbedaan ilmu pengetahuan dan inovasi, maka akan berimplikasi pada kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Intellectual Capital terhadap Kinerja Keuangan yang diproksikan pada Return on Assets. Penelitian ini menggunakan 11 Bank Umum Syariah. Data diolah dengan metode data panel dan dilakukan penelitian hipotesis simultan dan parsial Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Sedangkan secara parsial hanya VACA dan VAHU yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan.AbstractEvery company must be sensitive to challenges or opportunities by increasing competitive advantage. To increase competitive advantage can from resources, it is also necessary to increase the role of knowledge because it is a vital asset for the company. One of the assets in question is intangible assets owned by the company, that is Intellectual Capital. If science and technology were not applied by the company, then indirectly will have an impact on the financial performance of the company. This research aims to find out the Influence of Intellectual Capital on the Company's Financial Performance which is proxyed with the Return on Asset indicator. This research used samples amounted to 11 Islamic bank. Then, the data obtained was processed by panel data method and hypothetical research was carried out between simultaneous and partial research to be known its relationship. The results obtained from this research showed that simultaneously affect the financial performance of the company. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara PT Bank Central Asia khususnya daerah cikarang untuk meningkatkan semangat dan produktifitas karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara terhadap beberapa orang yang terdampak langsung maupun tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian insentif terhadap karyawan merupakan hal yang tepat dalam meningkatkan semangat karyawan dan PT Bank Central Asia di Cikarang selalu berkomitment untuk terus melakukan hal tersebut.AbstractIncentives are provided by PT Bank Central Asia to maintain employee morale and company performance. This effort is in the form of financial compensation provided to employees by meeting performance standards and with the achievements of each employee. The purpose of this research is to find out how PT Bank Central Asia, especially the Cikarang area, to increase employee morale and productivity.The research method used is a qualitative research method by collecting data through interviews with several people who are directly or indirectly affected. Pada penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan yaitu karyawan gembiraloka zoo sebanyak 45 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa variabel keselamatan, kesehatan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen kinerja karyawan. Ada pengaruh secara simultan pada variabel independen keselamatan bersama kesehatan kerja terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan. Dari kedua variabel independen yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu kesehatan kerja, kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi variabel independen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja sebesar 64,9%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 35,1% dipengaruhi factor lain.Kata Kunci :  Keselamatan kerja, Kesehatan kerja, kinerja karyawanAbstrackThe purpose of this study is to examine the effect of occupational safety and health on the performance of employees of Yogyakarta Zoo. In this study the sample used was 45 respondents from gembiraloka zoo. The sampling technique used for this study was simple random sampling. The results of the analysis indicate that the variable safety, occupational health partially significant effect on the dependent variable of employee performance. There is a simultaneous influence on the independent variable with occupational health on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Metode penelitian ini dalam pengumpulan data digunakan data kuantitatif dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2014 sampai 2017, yang menghasilkan 316 perusahaan. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, menunjukan hasil bahwa Corporate Governance yang diproksikan komisaris independen dan dewan direksi berpengaruh positif terhadap firm value, sedangkan komite audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap firm value, tetapi komisaris independen, dewan direksi dan komite audit secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap firm value Saran yang peneliti usulkan yaitu sampel penelitian yang digunakan lebih banyak pada seluruh sektor industri, sehingga didapatkan sampel yang lebih kompehensif dan akurat, menggunakan proksi lain yang lebih mempengaruhi firm value .Kata Kunci :   Komite Audite; Tata kelola perusahaan; Jajaran direktur; Nilai Perusahaan; Komisaris Independen.AbstractThe purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of Corporate Governance on firm value. This research methodology in collecting data used quantitative data with purposive sampling method. The sample is a manufacturing companies listed on the IDX period 2014 to 2017, that resulted 316 companies. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results show that Corporate Governance which is proxied by independent commissioner and board of directors have positive effect on firm value, while audit committee has no effect on firm value, but independent commissioner, board of directors and audit committee together influence firm value. Manfaat dari pelayanan prima yaitu untuk  meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan perusahaan ataupun pemerintah terhadap  pelanggan, yang dapat menjadi acuan dalam  pengembangan penyusunan standar pelayanan. Standar pelayanan dapat didefinisikan sebagai panduan yang digunakan untuk melakukan pelayanan dan menjadi acuan untuk menilai kualitas suatu pelayanan. Pelayanan dapat disebut  prima apabila pelanggan telah merasa puas dan sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan. Begitu juga yang dilakukan karyawan frontliner bank BCA untuk melayani nasabahnya dengan pelayanan yang prima yang selalu  mementingkan kepuasan nasabah. Berbagai upaya untuk meningkatakan standar kompetensi pegawai dengan mengikuti pelatihan kompetisi, standar kinerja, standar layanan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kompetensi keras untuk setiap karyawannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari beberapa orang melalui wawancara. Kata kunci :Frontliner Perbankan; Kepuasan Nasabah; Penelitian Kualitatif; Pelayanan Prima; Standar KompetensiAbstrackExcellent service is service that is done as best as possible to customers or consumers in order to be satisfied. There are many kinds of excellent service objectives, one of which is to provide quality service to its customers so that it creates customer trust in the goods or services offered by the seller. The benefits of excellent service are efforts to improve the quality of company or government service to customers, which can serve as a guide in developing service standards preparation. Service standards can be defined as benchmarks used to provide services and become a reference for assessing the quality of a service. Service can be called prime when the customer is satisfied and in accordance with customer expectations. Likewise, BCA bank fronliner employees serve their customers with excellent service who always prioritizes customer satisfaction. Various efforts to improve employee competency standards by participating in competition training, performance standards, service standards, knowledge, skills and hard competencies for each employee. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penampang 14 bank dan seri waktu 5 tahun dari 2014 hingga 2018 yang diperoleh dari data tahunan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Bank Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Tes dilakukan pada hipotesis dengan asumsi klasik menggunakan tingkat signifikansi 0,05 atau 5%. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa tingkat suku bunga variabel, memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap pinjaman kepada bank kredit rakyat di Kabupaten Bantul pada tahun 2014-2018. Sedangkan Loan to deposit ratio dan dana pihak ketiga secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peminjaman di bank kredit rakyat pada 2014-2018 dengan F 535.879 dan signifikan. level 0,000. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penanaman modal asing, penanaman modal dalam negeri, tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja, PDRB perkapita, dan pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap disparitas pendapatan di Pulau Jawa tahun 2008-2018. Jenis data adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia dan Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal. Analisis data menggunakan regresi data panel Eviews 7. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman modal asing, penanaman modal dalam negeri dan pengeluaran pemerintah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disparitas pendapatan di Pulau Jawa tahun 2008-2018. Sedangkan variabel tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja, PDRB perkapita, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disparitas pendapatan di Pulau Jawa tahun 2008-2018. Dari seluruh variabel berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap disparitas di Pulau Jawa tahun 2008-2018.Kata Kunci :  Disparitas pendapatan; Kesejahteraan Ekonomi; Pertumbuhan Ekonomi;AbstractThe distribution of income in Java Island is still uneven, economic growth in Java has not been able to achieve equitable economic prosperity. So this study aims to determine how the effect of foreign investment, domestic investment, labor force participation rate, GDP per capita, and government spending on income disparities in Java in 2008-2018. The type of data is secondary  data sourced from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics and the Investment Coordinating Board. Data analysis used Eviews 7 panel data regression. The results showed that foreign investment, domestic investment and government spending did not have a significant effect on income disparities in Java in 2008-2018. Meanwhile, the variable of the level of labor force participation, GDP per capita, has a significant effect on income disparities in Java in 2008-2018. Ketika konsumen merasa puas dengan suatu nilai merek dan hubungan dari perusahaan maka akan menumbuhkan niat pembelian atau penggunaan produk dan jasa yang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena yang terjadi pada objek wisata Gumuk Pasir Parangkusumo yang semakin ramai pengunjung dari tahun ke tahun sedangkan dulunya hanya tempat untuk kegiatan ibadah dan kegiatan masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh customer equity terhadap WoM behaviour melalui purchase intention pada pengunjung domestik Gumuk Pasir Prangkusumo. Data yang didapat pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 responden pengunjung Gumuk Pasir Parangkusumo dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling untuk mengetahui tanggapan dari responden untuk setiap variabel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu dengan sobel test untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan melalui variabel mediasi secara signifikan mampu memediator dalam hubungan tersebut. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunaka uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji multikolineritas, serta menggunakan analisis regresi. Dari hasil uji tersebut didapatkan uji-t yang menunjukan bahwa value equity berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap purchase intention, brand equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, relationship equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, value equity berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap WoM bheviour, brand equity berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap WoM behaviour, relationship equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap WoM behaviour, dan purchase intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap WoM behaviour. Kata Kunci :  Ekuitas Pelanggan, Niat Membeli, Perilaku WoMAbstractWoM behavior is a form of customer loyalty, the loyalty of consumers because the value of a brand and the relationships that the company builds very well.
