Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Anggota populasi yang diteliti sebanyak 40 orang dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Selanjutnya, teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja, namun hanya variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi dan variabel lingkungan kerja yang positif signifikan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan variabel self efficacy dinilai tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. Selanjutnya terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara kepemimpinan demokrasi, self efficacy, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.AbstractThis study aims to test whether democratic leadership style, self-efficacy, and work environment affect employee performance, and test whether the three independent variables simultaneously influence the performance of employees of civil servants who work in the Yogyakarta Tourism Office. The method that used in this research is quantitative research. Members of the population studied as many as 40 people with data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method. Furthermore, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the three independent variables have an influence on the dependent variable, namely performance, but only the democratic leadership style variable and work environment variables have a significant positive effect directly on employee performance. Meanwhile, the self efficacy variable is considered not to have a positive and significant effect. Abstract
