Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Anggota populasi yang diteliti sebanyak 40 orang dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Selanjutnya, teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja, namun hanya variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi dan variabel lingkungan kerja yang positif signifikan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan variabel self efficacy dinilai tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. Selanjutnya terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara kepemimpinan demokrasi, self efficacy, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.AbstractThis study aims to test whether democratic leadership style, self-efficacy, and work environment affect employee performance, and test whether the three independent variables simultaneously influence the performance of employees of civil servants who work in the Yogyakarta Tourism Office. The method that used in this research is quantitative research. Members of the population studied as many as 40 people with data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method. Furthermore, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the three independent variables have an influence on the dependent variable, namely performance, but only the democratic leadership style variable and work environment variables have a significant positive effect directly on employee performance. Meanwhile, the self efficacy variable is considered not to have a positive and significant effect. 摘要

本研究旨在测试民主领导方式、自我激励和工作环境是否影响员工表现,并测试这三个自由变量是否同时影响日惹市旅游部门公务员的工作表现。该研究采用的研究方法是定量研究。人口成员使用问卷调查方法对40人进行了研究。此外,使用的分析技术是线性回归,该研究的结果表明,这三个自由变量对有约束力的变量有影响,即表现,但只有民主领导风格和工作环境变量对员工绩效有直接影响。而自我激励变量被认为没有积极和重要的影响。民主领导、自我效能和工作环境同时与员工绩效之间有着积极的联系。根据这一研究,来测试我们的民主方式、自我效率和环境影响因素表现,并测试这三个独立变量是否影响了在日经馆工作的平民表现。在这个研究中使用的方法就是定量研究。人口众多、拥有数据集合的人用问题的方法思考问题。Furthermore, technique technique分析是多种线性回归。这种研究的结果表明,三种独立变量的退化、反常的表现也有影响,但只有降降性、可变和环境变化的平均效果直接对绩效的影响。与此同时,反常的、积极的变化被认为没有积极的和有意义的影响。更远的是,民主领导人、自我efficacy和工作环境之间存在着一种重要的积极关系。

PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DEMOKRASI, SELF EFFICACY, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
