Pada penelitian ini digunakan Pt-T-01- 2002-B serta Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan 2017 untuk mendesain tebal perkerasan lentur pada ruas jalan tersebut secara empiris yang dikontrol dengan program KENPAVE secara mekanistik. Tebal lapis perkerasan lentur yang didapatkan menggunakan metode Pt T-01-2002-B adalah AC-WC dengan tebal 4 cm dan AC-BC dengan tebal 8 cm sebagai lapis permukaan, AC-Base sebagai lapis pondasi atas dengan tebal 10 cm dan LFA Kelas A sebagai lapis pondasi bawah dengan tebal 20 cm. Tebal lapis perkerasan lentur yang didapatkan menggunakan metode Manual desain perkerasan jalan 2017 adalah AC-WC dengan tebal 4 cm dan AC-BC dengan tebal 6 cm sebagai lapis permukaan, AC-Base sebagai lapis pondasi atas dengan tebal 8 cm dan LFA Kelas A sebagai lapis pondasi bawah dengan tebal 30 cm. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan program KENPAVE didapatkan bahwa hasil desain perkerasan lentur metode struktur perkerasan baik hasil desain melalui Pt T-01- 2002-B maupun Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan 2017 mampu mencapai umur rencana. Tanah lempung memiliki karakteristik sifat plastisitas dimana dapat mengalami perubahan tekstur bahkan volume akibat pengaruh perubahan kadar air. Lempung mengandung beberapa jenis mineral tetapi jenis mineral montmorilonite yang menyebabkan tanah lempung memiliki kemampuan menyerap dan seakan menyimpan air lebih lama dibanding jenis tanah lainnya. Sifat plastisitas tinggi yang dimiliki oleh tanah lempung merupakan penyebab tanah jenis ini memiliki kemampuan untuk mengalami perubahan volume seperti mengembang (swell) pada musim penghujan dan susut (shrink) pada musim kemarau. Kondisi ini merupakan salah satu penyebab tanah lempung mengalami daya dukung yang rendah bila musim penghujan tiba atau ketika kadar air yang terkandung di dalamnya tinggi sehingga sering menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan (settlement) pada badan jalan ataupun pada bangunan gedung. Kandungan mineral montmorilonite pada lempung dapat dikurangi dan ukuran butiran yang sangat kecil (butiran halus) dapat dirubah tekstur dan ukurannya dengan cara menambahkan material lain. Pada penelitian ini dengan cara menambahkan material pasir dengan komposisi 10%, 20% dan 30% terhadap berat tanah lempung dalam kondisi asli. Pengujian yang dilakukan untuk dapat mengetahui perubahan sifat plastisas lempung adalah pengujian properties tanah, uji batas cair, uji batas plastis dan semua pengujian ini mengacu pada SNI pengujian yang berlaku dan dilakukan di Laboratorium Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Cenderawasih. Berdasarkan rencana penyediaan air Wilayah Sungai Citanduy tahun 2014 kebutuhan untuk irigasi, RKI (Rumah tangga, Kota, dan Industri) dan kebutuhan lainnya memiliki total 86,73 m3/detik, namun yang dapat terpenuhi hanya 78,30 m3/detik. Bendungan Leuwikeris diharapkan dapat memenuhi penyediaan air irigasi seluas 11.216 ha, air baku 0,845 m3/detik dan PLTA sebesar 20 MW, oleh karena itu diperlukan studi pola operasi waduk untuk mengetahui pola operasi yang paling optimal terhadap water supply dan produksi listrik berdasarkan nilai manfaatnya. Studi ini diawali dengan melakukan pembangkitan data debit PDA Cirahong selama 50 tahun, data diolah untuk mendapatkan besar debit waduk serta kebutuhan air untuk air irigasi, air baku dan potensi PLTA, diakhiri dengan optimasi dan simulasi pola pengoperasian waduk. Hasil analisis yang didapat dari pembangkitan data tahun 2022-2072, didapatkan nilai debit terbesar 197,171 m3/detik dan terkecil 14,002 m3/detik. Bendungan Saradan dibangun antara tahun 1942 oleh Pemerintah Hindia Belanda, oleh karena itu untuk mengetahui keamanan bendungan perlu ditinjau rembesan dan kestabilan badan bendungan saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Casagrande untuk menganalisis rembesan yang terdapat pada tubuh bendungan dan metode Bishop untuk menganalisis stabilitas tubuh bendungan dengan menambahkan faktor koefisien beban gempa OBE (Operating Basis Earthquake) dan MDE (Maximum Design Earthquake). Dalam penelitian ini digunakan Program GeoStudio 2012 untuk menganalisis rembesan dan stabilitas badan bendungan pada kondisi muka air banjir, muka air normal, muka air minimum, dan penarikan cepat. Hasil analisis menggunakan Geostudio 2012 menunjukkan bahwa faktor keamanan untuk kestabilan badan bendungan Saradan ada pada kondisi dengan muka air banjir tanpa gempa 6,005 > 1,5 (Aman), dengan angka gempa OBE 3,452 > 1,5 (Aman ), dengan angka gempa MDE 1.457 > 1 (Aman), kemudian pada kondisi muka air normal tanpa gempa 5.037 > 1,5 (Aman), dengan gempa OBE 3.124 > 1,2 (Aman), dengan angka gempa MDE 1.407 > 1 (Aman), maka di kondisi muka air minimum tanpa gempa 2.541 > 1,5 (Aman), dengan angka gempa OBE 2.031 > 1,2 (Aman), dengan angka gempa MDE 1.245 > 1 (Aman), kemudian pada kondisi drawdown tanpa gempa 1,899 > 1,3 (Aman), dengan gempa OBE 1,541 > 1,1 (Aman), dengan angka gempa MDE 0,973 > 1 (Aman). This study aims to determine the performance of the project in terms of cost and time conditions with the earned value method on the Bekasi Urban Familia Housing Development Project. The method in this study uses quantitative methods, quantitative research is research on data that is numerical and tends to use analysis. The method used is by field observations, interviews with implementing contractors, and data processing from the field such as working drawings and basic unit prices. Based on the results of the study, the actual cost of the 18th week was Rp. 2,859,922,545.75, while the planned budget for that week was Rp. 3,381,087,652.62. Project performance in the form of actual progress weights issued until that week was 58.04% while in that week it was planned to be 67.98%. Estimated cost and time projections at the end of the project are obtained that the cost to complete the remaining work during that time (BETC) is IDR 897,934,488.98 and the total cost the final amount (EAC) was Rp. 4,927,465,511.02. The time to complete the project (SETC) is 151 days with a total planning time of 147 days. Due to the delay in project completion, the contractor will be fined Rp. 23,301,600 the total final cost of the project according to the work contract is Rp. Based on data obtained, it showed water deficiency in the planting season 1 on October and in the planting season 2 on August. Thus, the study aimed to analyze the comparison between the availability of water and the need of water to get a proper cropping pattern implemented in the irrigation area. The availability of water was obtained from water debit that analyzed using the Weibull method while the need of water was determined by the availability of water for rice and palawija.. The results revealed that requirement of irrigation water in an existing cropping pattern of rice/palawija – rice/palawija – rice/palawija using the highest value of water demand at the weir intake gate (DR), 2,255 1/sec/ha, produced the total availability of water in an amount of 4,832 m3/sec while using the unit number for the implementation of operations in the field obtained the highest irrigation requirement value of 3,449 m3/sec.
