 This study describes the development of a humanistic-based curriculum, social reconstruction, academics, and competencies. The method used in this research is library research by analyzing several journal articles, books, and related sources. The results of the study stated that (1) the humanistic approach emphasizes the opportunities for students to learn to solve a problem, and (2) the social reconstruction approach emphasizes the social aspects of community life so that students can overcome problems while in the community, (3) the academic approach emphasizes aspects of knowledge in distinguishing one science from another. Therefore, the most important thing that will be done in the curriculum development process is to determine what subjects are more important that must be studied earlier in the process of developing scientific disciplines (4) Competency-based curriculum focuses more on specific competencies that students must master. Namun, undang-undang dan peraturan ini tidak secara filosofis atau teknis mengatur peraturan rinci tentang tugas notaris. Akibatnya, tidak ada tata kelola kantor notaris, sistem administrasi kantor notaris, atau tata kelola Notaris yang berlaku secara universal yang berfungsi sebagai standar perilaku notaris. Notaris sebagai pejabat publik yang memuat akta sah yang mencakup segala kejadian atau peristiwa yang telah dilihat, dialami, dan diamati sendiri oleh Notaris sendiri. Apa yang diinginkan kedua belah pihak dalam perjanjian harus dimasukkan dalam akta notaris. Jika di kemudian hari para pihak dalam akta tersebut digugat di pengadilan, notaris sendiri memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menghadirkan bukti kekuatan yang sempurna melalui akta yang dibuatnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik penelitian hukum normatif untuk mengetahui bagaimana kewenangan dalam menangani pelanggaran kode etik notaris dan bagaimana sanksi atas pelanggaran yang dapat dikenakan kepada notaris ketika melaksanakan tugas dan menjalankan kewenangan jabatan notaris. 1. Kewenangan kelembagaan komite kode etik kehormatan penting untuk diperhatikan dalam hal ini. Undang-undang saat ini, termasuk yang berkaitan dengan Ikatan Notaris Indonesia (I.N.I) maupun Undang-undang Jabatan Notaris (UUJN), juga merupakan bagian integral dari bagaimana Dewan Kehormatan dan Dewan Pengawas melaksanakan tanggung jawab mereka dan menjalankan wewenang mereka. Dewan Pengawas dan organisasi pengawas Ikatan Notaris Indonesia (INI) bekerja sama dan bersama-sama untuk mengambil langkah-langkah yang diperlukan untuk melindungi norma-norma hukum dan kode etik lapangan. 2. Dewan Kegormatan berwenang menjatuhkan sanksi kepada Notaris yang terbukti melanggar Kode Etik. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis tantangan yang muncul dalam mengimplementasikan hukum Islam dalam masyarakat modern yang pluralistik dan terdiversifikasi, serta mencari solusi dan pendekatan yang tepat untuk mengatasi perbedaan dan konflik yang mungkin timbul. Dengan mencapai tujuan-tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini berupaya memberikan kontribusi dalam merumuskan kebijakan dan pendekatan praktis yang dapat mempromosikan implementasi hukum Islam yang relevan dan harmonis dalam konteks sosial masyarakat modern. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian study kepustakaan (library research). Penelitian berbasis perpustakaan merupakan salah satu jenis dari penelitian yang mempelajari karya sastra. Analisis data ini meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian, dan penyusunan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hukum Islam tetap relevan dalam konteks sosial masyarakat modern, meskipun dihadapkan pada sejumlah tantangan dalam implementasinya. Meskipun pluralitas hukum dan perbedaan interpretasi dapat menjadi hambatan, hukum Islam masih memiliki nilai-nilai yang relevan untuk menjawab isu-isu kontemporer yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat modern. Untuk mengatasi tantangan perlu dilakukan upaya kolaboratif antara para ulama, akademisi, praktisi, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya dalam mengembangkan pendekatan yang konsisten, adil, dan relevan dalam implementasi hukum Islam dalam masyarakat modern. Salah satu sumber belajar yang penting untuk disiapkan yaitu bahan ajar yang mendukung proses belajar mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan bahan ajar pada mata kuliah Ushul Fiqh di STAI Darussalam Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, dan Evaluate). Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner validasi dan kuesioner respon mahasiswa. Pengembangan bahan ajar melalui proses validasi yang melibatkan tiga ahli dalam bidang Pendidikan Agama Islam. Uji coba bahan ajar dilakukan secara terbatas dengan melibatkan 4 orang mahasiswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan persentase (%) yang selanjutnya dikonversikan ke dalam kategori kelayakan bahan ajar. Hasil respon mahasiswa dijadikan bahan analisis formatif bahan ajar. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket kecerdasan emosional, tes kemampuan numerasi berupa pilihan ganda komplek dan soal esai, lalu dilakukan wawancara dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian ini adalah subjek kecerdasan emosional tinggi mampu memilih, menuliskan dan menjelaskan secara terprinci dan sistematis sesuai indikator kemampuan numerasi dengan predikat baik dan mendapatkan skor sebanyak 193 poin. Subjek kecerdasan emosional rendah mampu memilih, menuliskan dan menjelaskan secara terperinci dan sistematis sesuai indikator kemampuan numerasi dengan predikat cukup baik dan mendapatkan skor sebanyak 171 poin. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan numerasi siswa tergantung pada tingkat kecerdasan emosionalnya. The results showed that the teacher's ability to read Al-Qur'an could be improved through the application of the Al-Qur'an learning habit method with peer guidance, the use of in-formal educational institutions and the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure. The results show that Islamic law has regulated ideal business communication and good, by applying the basic principles of Qaulan adidan (true words), Qaulan balighan (effective and on target), Qaulan ma'rufa (kind words), Qaulan mansura (easy words), Qaulan layyina (weak words gentle), Qaulan karimah (noble words). This study uses a qualitative design with a naturalistic approach and based on constructivism, which views reality as having multiple dimensions, data were collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and triangulation. The results of this study conclude that multiple intelligence-based learning management is very effective for fulfilling students' life skills, that each student can develop their respective types of intelligence in various ways, intelligence is not only limited to IQ, but there are other intelligences including linguistic intelligence, Mathematical logic, spatial, kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic. Learning management based on multiple intelligences begins with MIR (multiple intelligences research for each new student as the basis for preparing lesson plans. The learning implementation is preceded by apperception containing alpha zones in the form of special greetings, fun stories, ice breaking, or singing. The core activities consist of exploration, elaboration, and singing). confirmation, apperception exploration in the form of warmer, pre-teach, and scene setting, elaboration containing learning strategies and methods, while confirmation in the form of teacher and student questions and answers to determine lesson acceptance, Evaluation by means of authentic assessment which includes three domains of knowledge (cognitive) consisting of tests daily, UTS, UAS, annual test, attitude (affective) assessment of teachers, self, friends, and anecdotal records, assessment of skills (psychomotor) in the form of performance (performance), work (product), and making projects (project). The results of this study are: blended learning method is to combine two or more learning methods. Its application to PAI learning at SD Rejowinangun 1 Yogyakarta goes through three stages, namely (1) planning: preparing lesson plans and materials; (2) implementation: online, offline, and face-to-face consultation with health protocols; (3) evaluation. The advantage of this method is that the material can be conveyed comprehensively and the drawback is that it can potentially be exposed to the covid-19 virus because there is face-to-face.
