As the radar object, an artificial passive reflector was used, the basis of which is an aerial antenna of full polarization reception, the output of which is shorted, and a magnetized ferrite rod is placed inside the receiving - transmitting feeder (round waveguide), which performs the functions of a non-reciprocal phase shifter for the electromagnetic signal emitted and received by the antenna. The object was sounded by monostatic coherent radar with full polarizing scanning. The experimental results confirm the theoretical basis for describing the backscattering of electromagnetic waves by partially non-reciprocal objects.","PeriodicalId":281783,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 22nd International Conference of Young Professionals in Electron Devices and Materials (EDM)","volume":"220 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124355174","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By diluting the precursor flow with an inert gas, it was possible to achieve a situation in which the growth of vanadium dioxide proceeded only on the surface of aluminum, with its complete absence from the rest of the surface. It is shown that the M -phase of vanadium dioxide grows on aluminum films.","PeriodicalId":281783,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 22nd International Conference of Young Professionals in Electron Devices and Materials (EDM)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129231346","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is based on the formal hyperprocess model. Reflex has proved effective in industrial projects. But using Reflex is difficult due to the lack of IDE for Reflex programs. In this paper, we develop a cloud desktop IDE for the Reflex language – RIDE. Modularity is the main principle of RIDE architecture. It meets the needs of CPS software development process and allows extending the IDE functionality. Reflex IDE extensions may provide various functionalities, such as a graphical representation of the Reflex code, translators to other programming languages, debugging, and verification techniques.","PeriodicalId":281783,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 22nd International Conference of Young Professionals in Electron Devices and Materials (EDM)","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130772626","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The method is based on the formation of a thin, water-soluble adhesive layer on the Si substrate surface, which provides a high-quality nanotransfer printing of the Au nanopattern. In the final step, the water-soluble adhesive layer is removed and a structure suitable for MACE is formed. The problem of removing the adhesive layer without damaging and deforming the Au nanopattern was solved in our work. The capabilities of the method were demonstrated by the formation of a perfect Au nanomesh with the cell size of 80 nm, a period of 180 nm and an area of more than 4 cm2 on the Si substrate. A subsequent MACE of the substrate using the formed Au nanomesh made it possible to create a uniform ordered array of Si nanopillars with the cross-section of 80 nm × 80 nm and 1 µm long. The proposed method is simple and can be easily implemented on solid substrates on the areas exceeding 150 cm2.","PeriodicalId":281783,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 22nd International Conference of Young Professionals in Electron Devices and Materials (EDM)","volume":"224 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130695404","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The presence of numerous studies in this area confirms the relevance of this problem. The proposed method of planning the movement of the group is based on a combined approach, which organizes a multi-level approach to the organization of the movement of marine robotic complexes (MRC). At the upper level, a global planning system based on the randomized tree method is developed and provides for the overall movement of the group, while the lower-level planning system allows objects to plan the movement and interaction of objects in the group at the local level, including allowing for trouble-free movement of objects in space. The optimization problem is calculated on all stages of the band, starting with the process, optimizing group of MRC, ending the ongoing process of minimizing the total distance between the target point and the location of the formation. Completed numerical simulation of the movement of a group of four AUV in an unknown environment with stationary obstacles is carried out. In the end, we consider the results of the proposed method and its further development, in particular its application in the three-dimensional problem statement.","PeriodicalId":281783,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 22nd International Conference of Young Professionals in Electron Devices and Materials (EDM)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129319170","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is intended to achieve extremely high data rates and very low latency on its air interface together with high user density. The PBCH is the first channel in 5G which is decoded by user equipment to get information about availability of the cell and other system information blocks configuration. The software for the PBCH transmitter and receiver is developed to reflect the procedures responsible for providing the robust data transmission on that channel and their effect on the reliability such as bit and sub-block interleaving, polar coding and rate matching. The characteristic of block error rate versus bit error rate is derived and analyzed. It shows the BLER via the number of incorrect bits in the PBCH transport block.","PeriodicalId":281783,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 22nd International Conference of Young Professionals in Electron Devices and Materials (EDM)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124374885","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Compensation is carried out by using parallel connection of several resonant terms with classic proportional-integral (PI) controller in speed control loop. Besides proportional-integral resonant (PIR) structure the linear Smith predictor is used in control system to compensate delay of control response caused by signals discretization in the practical implementation of the described control system. Described approach allows increasing position tracking accuracy in low speed systems. In this case, the delay compensation is achieved without affecting the frequency properties of the entire system.","PeriodicalId":281783,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 22nd International Conference of Young Professionals in Electron Devices and Materials (EDM)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122420901","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An original method was developed for shaping new types of metallic 3D micro- and nanostructures by direct imprinting of lithographically structured 2D elements on a polymer substrate. It is shown that the embedding of microstrips into the polymer changes the magnitude of their embedding depth, making it possible to control the optical activity of the metamaterial. In this case, it is possible to achieve rotation of the plane of polarization of the transmitted linearly polarized THz radiation at an angle of more than 50° due to half-wavelength, guided-mode resonances, and diffraction effects. The results obtained pave the way to the development of large-area chiral structures for high-frequency ranges, including infrared and visible.","PeriodicalId":281783,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 22nd International Conference of Young Professionals in Electron Devices and Materials (EDM)","volume":"81 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122620406","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The network architecture was developed, and the author's software implementation of the CNN model using TensorFlow / Keras framework is proposed. The classes in the dataset are imbalanced, and we used a combination of approaches to prevent overfitting problem such as increasing the cost of classification mistakes on the minority class, increasing the amount of data (data augmentation), exclusion of a certain percentage of neurons during training (dropout) and others. The model gave us the next results: accuracy is 0.91, precision is 0.9, recall is 0.97, roc-auc is 0.96. The obtained results allow making a conclusion about the effectiveness of using the developed CNN model for pneumonia recognizing.","PeriodicalId":281783,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 22nd International Conference of Young Professionals in Electron Devices and Materials (EDM)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129304293","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
