From the standpoint of the societal approach, experiencing is affective-cognitive complexes that have behavioral expressions that depend on the situation of interaction and the socio-structural context. In the aspect of the culturological approach, experiencing is considered as a sign-symbolic system of meanings with an instrumental mechanism of emotive semantics, contributing to the formation of an emotional picture of the world, and realizing itself within the boundaries of discourse. Experience carries out a discursive process of reconstructing the semantic meanings of the subject's cultural values in the context of historical changes in society. In psychological science, experiencing is a mental process that integrates the affective, cognitive and conative spheres of the personality structure, aimed at subjective and social activity. Hypodynamia, due to the development of technology, and a significant involvement of a person in the processes of the virtual world, bring to life hybrid sports - chessboxing - a combination of boxing and chess, bodily and intellectual practice, personifying different ways of thinking: creative, practical and logical. To identify the properties inherent and inseparable from a person, a comparative analysis of such phenomena as sports, games and performance art is used. The article analyzes the prerequisites for the emergence of chessboxing as a creative act and performative practice; new meanings of the phenomenon produced in the process of institutionalization of chessboxing as a sport discipline are considered. It is shown that hybrid sport, which combines competitive elements of different content and method of training, preserves the inseparability of connections between mind and body in a person, thereby not allowing to separate the way of human thinking from its existence in an organic body. The question is relevant: to what extent are such synthetic practices opposed to the idea of creating and developing artificial intelligence? The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the application of the competitive-game methodology in physical education classes to improve the mental capabilities of students of a technical university. The objectives of the study included the development of a competitive gaming methodology and testing the effectiveness of its influence on such mental abilities as productivity, stability, speed and volume of information processing. The study was conducted with the participation of girls aged 18-20 years (M = 19) using the Landolt Ring test. After the pedagogical experiment, statistically significant improvements in the indicators of productivity and stability of attention were obtained in female students of the experimental group in comparison with female students from the control group. Thus, the results of the study indicate the effectiveness of the use of competitive-game technique and its positive impact on the mental capabilities of female students. The article is devoted to the problem of searching for ways to improve the quality of education in reference schools, which become the center of the methodical activities of a school district, organized according to the principle of concentration and interchangeability of resources. However, nowadays, the possibilities of methodological activity of a reference educational organization are not sufficiently studied. In particular, the content and organizational-pedagogical aspects of the methodological work of a reference school are not defined, the mechanisms of diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the methodological activities of a school district are not formed. The purpose of the research is to study, to develop and to justify the system of methodological activities of a reference school, aimed at filling the professional deficits of teaching staff of the school district, based on the identification potential of the regional system for assessing the quality of general education. The author reveals the features of the arranging of the methodological activities of a reference school and a school district based on the identification potential of the regional system for assessing the quality of general education, identifies and describes the organizational and pedagogical conditions (necessary and sufficient) to ensure the methodological activities of a reference school. The goal is to identify frequently experienced positive mental states in everyday and stressful situations of educational and professional training of students, their relationship and structural and functional organization. 114 students participated in the research, aged 18 to 25 years (85 % women, Me=21; 15 % men, Me=22.5). Hypothesis - typical positive mental states of students, actualized in the educational and professional training at the university, have a complex structural and functional organization in connection with the educational situation. Methods: the author's questionnaire \"Assessment of positive mental states\" (A.O. Prokhorov, A.V. Klimanova), and methods of mathematical statistics: Pearson's correlation coefficient, L.K. Vyhandu's maximum correlation path method. We found that frequently experienced positive mental states correlate with the classes of states: emotional, cognitive, psychophysiological, volitional states, states of consciousness and communication (at p ≤ 0.01). Key blocks in the structural and functional organization of positive mental states were identified: during a lecture - an emotional block and a block that includes states of consciousness. During a seminar - a psycho-physiological, emotional block and a block that includes the state of communication. The situation of a dissolved marriage changes the rules of a person's life (destroys the habitual way of life; contributes to the uncertainty of the future), changes the emotional sphere, limiting its autonomy. The aim of the research was to study the emotional markers of experiencing a critical life situation of a person in a dissolved marriage. Theoretical and methodological analysis of the critical life situation of the individual was carried out on the basis of the leading psychological positions of stress, frustration, conflict and crisis using methods of categorical generalization, comparison and modeling. To diagnose an emotional marker of experiencing a critical life situation, such as cynicism, the Cook-Medley hostility scale was used; rigidity - a technique for diagnosing self-assessment of mental states (according to G. Aizenk)). The total sample size of the subjects was 130 people aged 25 to 65 years: 1) experimental group - 72 people (women and men who survived a divorce); 2) control group - 58 people (subjects without conditions of a dissolved marriage). A conceptual model of psychological mechanisms of a critical life situation of a person in conditions of a dissolved marriage is highlighted. It is revealed that against the background of general dissatisfaction in the emotional sphere of the individual in the situation of divorce, unproductive emotional markers of experiencing a critical life situation, such as rigidity and cynicism, dominate. The results obtained allowed to determine the directions and content of the program of psychological support of the individual in the conditions of a dissolved marriage, taking into account the emotional markers of experiencing a critical life situation.","PeriodicalId":280577,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Udmurt University. The article deals with the problem of forming the readiness for creative self-development of a supplementary education teacher in an inclusive educational environment. The aim of the research is to develop and theoretically substantiate the author's model of readiness formation for creative self-development of a supplementary education teacher working with «special» children. Theoretical and methodological basis of the research was based on the works of domestic and foreign scientists P.K. Engelmeyer, K. Rogers, B. Ananyev, N. Sergeyev, V. Andreev who consider the creative self-development of a teacher as an ability to build and implement a trajectory of professional self-actualization, manage their time, find non-standard ways of solving problems, perform pedagogical reflection, as well as build an individual learning and self-development route of a child. The result of the study was the development of a model that contains targeted, methodological, meaningful, diagnostic and effective components and is based on the principles of humanization, systematics, individualization and creative activity. In psychology, the problem of self-actualization of the personality of spouses has not yet been sufficiently developed. The subject of the study was quantitative and qualitative indicators of personality self-actualization, indicators of harmonious / disharmonious interaction; indicators of emotional attitude; understanding, emotional attraction, respect, and satisfaction with marriage. The empirical study involved 80 people - spouses from families of average marital age (6-14 years). The results of significant differences in self-actualization and interpersonal relationships in men and women, as well as the results of a correlation analysis are presented. It has been established that women in marriage, unlike men, strive to achieve maturity, independence and establish contacts with other people. Women have conflict and aggression, disharmony in interpersonal relationships, and men have alienation, the desire to distance themselves. It was revealed that the desire of women to create a positive \"I-concept\", the desire for knowledge is associated with low conflict and aggression in interpersonal relationships. Not only the population of the country is affected by mental health problems and emotional imbalance, but especially health workers who are in direct contact with COVID patients or work in areas at risk of infection. A sample of 50 nurses aged 24-45 years (M = 32,8; SD = 5,9) empirically shows the dynamics of the level of anxiety and indicators of resilience (general resilience, involvement in the case, control and risk-taking) in the nurses of the hospital who worked in the conditions of the first and second waves of coronavirus. The inversely proportional correlation between resilience and anxiety gives reason to consider these indicators as markers of the process of labor adaptation. It is statistically justified that the level of situational anxiety and the risk-taking index decreased, and overall resilience, involvement in the case and control increased in the conditions of the second wave of coronavirus compared to the first. The results obtained may indicate adaptation processes to the conditions of work of medical workers during a long period of coronavirus infection. However, situational anxiety continues to remain at a high level along with a decrease in risk indicators.
