Usova","doi":"10.35634/2412-9550-2022-32-4-367-376","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35634/2412-9550-2022-32-4-367-376","url":null,"abstract":"The aim of the research presented in this article is to identify differences in ideas of how young people belonging to different generations perceive the youth leaders’ social activity. Presumably there are differences in the ideas about the structure of social activity of youth leaders and its conditionality by personal factors among young people of different generational groups. The empirical sample consisted of representatives of the older generation (youth of the early 1990s aged 16 to 29 years, N = 208) and the modern generation (modern youth aged 16 to 26 years, N = 217) mostly female (63,7%). The questionnaire compiled by the authors was used to study the forms of social activity and its manifestations at the levels of behavior and personal characteristics of youth leaders. The study of ideas about the personal qualities of youth leaders was carried out by content analysis based on the results of an associative experiment. It is shown that the youth leaders of the older generation were more than the leaders of today's youth focused on the manifestation of altruistic, cultural, civil, sports, health and political forms of social activity. The study has showed that the personal effects of social activity are more pronounced in the youth leaders of the modern generation. The universal qualities of the leader's personality are revealed (honesty, purposefulness, charisma, confidence, responsibility, kindness, intelligence and education, focus on self-education and self-motivation). They turned out to be equally significant in the views of young people of both generational groups. An applied aspect of the problem investigated can be realized in the development of programs of youth policy and training of future leaders for various spheres of society.","PeriodicalId":280577,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Udmurt University. Under the latter we understand the progressive involution of language as a semantic field, a field of abstract 'excessiveness' of culture as it is inscribed in forms of thought and interpersonal interaction. Following the cybernetic imperative, the transhumanization of language and, consequently, of mind and subjectivity, reduces the language to a means of transmission of information, while cutting all the 'unnecessary' off it and making the question regarding the essence of subjectivity extremely acute and relevant. A comparative epistemological analysis of Russian and Western cybernetics and their corresponding trajectories of cultural transhumanization, elicits different nature and essence of these two ontologemes, which allows us to draw more complex conclusions concerning the transhumanistic reality on opposite sides of the civilizational barricades. Ontologically bridging between the pre-Revolutionary philosophy of Russian self-determination, Russian cosmism and Russian cybernetics allows us to understand why transhumanism has not been invented in Russia and cannot become its new Idea.","PeriodicalId":280577,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Udmurt University. The article covers basic methodology as well as methods and techniques of teaching and learning process. The importance and potential advantages of the academic courses aimed at acquisition and enhancement of managerial, creative and technological skills in digital communication as well as in overall media landscape are shown. Changes in the Russian educational system connected with the accelerated digitalization are also analyzed. The purpose of the article is to present the methodology \"Distributed authorship in solving practical situations (RAVTOR-case)\", designed to increase the quality of professional development of specialists. The hypothesis is the assumption about the effectiveness of using traditional tools of social networks and messengers for the collective creation of educational materials that facilitate the exchange of students' experience. The methodology consists in the development of problem situations (cases), options for their solutions, posted according to the recommendations on the VKontakte social network, inviting students to develop solutions to situations and commenting, evaluating solutions, motivating students to various actions for the exchange of experience, rating the authors of educational materials. The teaching material in the methodology recognizes the totality of the results of the activity of the teacher and students (case study, comments, comments to comments, assessments, reposts, likes). Practical testing of the developed methodology was carried out at advanced training courses with the participation of 303 teachers of Russian universities in the period from 17.10 to 15.11.2022. The result of the approbation was the creation of 13 cases, 4328 views of the created cases, 276 case solutions, 108 comments on case solutions, 210 assessments of the actions of the training participants, which significantly exceeds the set learning objectives and the average activity of social users. The author provides a justification for the effectiveness of the developed methodology for training highly qualified specialists in courses of additional professional education.","PeriodicalId":280577,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Udmurt University. Purpose : empirical substantiation of the effectiveness of the pedagogical technology of cascade economization of applied swimming technique. Methodology : conducting a pedagogical experiment using three experimental groups (52 students, aged 19-21 years), with the use of the pedagogical technology of cascade economization of applied swimming technique and three control groups (52 students, aged 19-21 years), studying according to the classical method for conducting a comparative analysis of performance indicators of applied swimming. Results : experimental verification of the pedagogical technology of cascade economization of applied swimming technique showed its higher efficiency compared to the classical method. Discussion of the results : the pedagogical experiment showed an improvement in the performance of applied swimming, both in the subjects of the experimental group and in the subjects of the control group, while the improvement in performance in the experimental groups was noted by 25-40 %, and in the control group by 5-10 %. Conclusions : approbation of the pedagogical technology of cascade economization of applied swimming technique showed its high efficiency and ease of implementation; the practical orientation of classes on rescuing people on water and its high efficiency, allows us to propose its use in the training of employees in educational organizations of the Emergencies Ministry of Russia.","PeriodicalId":280577,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Udmurt University. The purpose of the study: through the integration of various theories and approaches, to substantiate a new system-integrative approach to pedagogical cognition of the integral individuality of students by a teacher. Research objective: to show that the systems \"subject\", \"integral individuality\", \"cognition\" form a trinity that ensures the functioning of the resulting polysystems: \"integral individuality - cognition - object\", \"integral individuality - cognition - subject\", \"integral individuality - cognition - integral individuality\". Thus, the most complete knowledge of student’s integral individuality by a teacher is ensured. Pedagogical knowledge is defined as a multi-level process of studying the student's individuality as an object and as a subject of cognition, based on scientific and theoretical knowledge of the properties of the student's integral individuality in dialectical unity with practical knowledge about the student and the teacher's reflexive knowledge about himself, formed in the process of interpersonal interaction in the dyad \"teacher - student\". The resultative and procedural directions of the study of teacher’s cognition of the student are singled out, namely: the study of the relationship between the properties of the integral individuality of the student and their “life manifestations” observed by the teacher, the role of reflexivity and objective factors of pedagogical activity in the process of cognition. The novelty and theoretical significance of the work is determined by the fact that it fits into the current direction of psychological research - the development of psychodiagnostic tools for systemic psychological research that is in demand in pedagogical and social practice. Latypova","doi":"10.35634/2412-9550-2022-32-4-413-422","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35634/2412-9550-2022-32-4-413-422","url":null,"abstract":"The article summarizes the experience of research devoted to statistical analysis and data processing of the results of the unified state exam (USE) of school graduates of the Udmurt Republic for different periods. It is shown, that the rank-power law of Zipf-Mandelbrot makes it possible to identify the professional intentions of USE respondents who have the property of self-similarity. Thus, the distribution of USE respondents of the Udmurt Republic is similar to the distribution in a separate school or district, which means that the object of study has a fractal-like structure. The metric characteristic of the structure under study is the fractal dimension determined from the Zipf-Mandelbrot regularity. The fractal nature of such an instrument of pedagogical measurement and diagnostics of the control of the education system, which in essence should be the Unified State Exam, has a psychological conditioning: any pedagogical object has its own measure and dimension and is didactically unique, as each individual is unique. This technique allows us to identify a kind of vector of professional intentions, general social trends of professional orientation of school graduates. Therefore, it seems appropriate to include such an analysis in the relevant reporting documents of the upcoming Unified State Exam and to take these trends into account when planning the career guidance work of universities.","PeriodicalId":280577,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Udmurt University. Particular attention is paid to paleography and genealogy internet resources which were created by Russian archives and libraries. The most important method of research applied in this study is the historical and comparative method, which identifies the most successful digital resources in auxiliary history disciplines in terms of scholarly execution and pedagogical use. Digitization of monuments of Russian writing of the XI-XVIII centuries generated a number of resources prepared by the National Library of Russia. The project “Russian autographs. Russian writing monuments in the collections of the Russian National Library Manuscripts Department” is of great importance for students on paleography as a source of additional information. Electronic copies of some monuments with their scientific description, transcription and translation can be used in practical classes, independent study and students' knowledge and skills testing. Russian archives create databases which permit the search for files related to genealogical issues and provide access to electronic images of historical sources. Such resources allow to form the skills of information search in databases and research family history. Transformations of the family institution, in turn, can determine changes in other areas of society. The purpose of our article is a socio-philosophical analysis of the changes in the modern family on the example of Russian society. In the course of achieving this goal, the authors rely on the principles of comparative studies (by comparing liberalization in Russia and Asian countries), historicism, a systematic approach, and provide statistical data. The authors examine two discourses that raise the question of the relationship between liberal values and the institution of the family. In the first discourse, liberalism is positioned as a destructive force that destroys the ontological foundations of the family. In contrast to this position, a positive topic interprets liberalization as a factor in the enrichment of family relations, and the latter are not positioned as endangered, and the family acts as a subject of the liberal economic model. In our country, we can talk about an intermediate situation, when the patriarchal elements of social life are mixed with the values of individualism. Recognizing the magnitude of the changes taking place in the modern Russian family, the authors come to the conclusion that the liberalization of family values does not inevitably lead to destructive consequences. We see the borrowing of the experience of Asian countries with liberal economic and political systems as a priority of the social policy of the Russian Federation. The fundamental basis for family policy should be the work to form a positive image of the Russian family, with family values and norms as its central element, revealing its meaningful potential for the individual and the state.","PeriodicalId":280577,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Udmurt University.
