The radiating element of the proposed antenna is composed of two annular-ring slots. The antenna has a compact size of 40mm×40mm, which can be integrated easily with other RF front-end circuits. The simulated results show that the proposed antenna has a triple-band characteristic at 2.41GHz~2.62GHz, 3.31GHz~3.75GHz and 4.95GHz~5.40GHz. It also enjoys advantages such as low profile, low cost, high gain and satisfactory radiation characteristics.","PeriodicalId":280001,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Wireless Networks and Information Systems","volume":"890 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116378737","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In case of a dispute, the groupmanager can reveal the actual identity of signer. To enhance theefficiency of group signature schemes, in this paper, we propose anefficient group signature scheme which adds some redundant bits toeach divided message block, to avoid the conspiracy attack. In ourscheme, the size of a signature is the same as that of an individualsignature and the signature verification process is simplified by agroup public key. The security of the proposed scheme is based onthe difficulty of computing the discrete logarithm modulo for acomposite number.","PeriodicalId":280001,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Wireless Networks and Information Systems","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131786561","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this article, we obtained the correlation functions of the storage data in the presence of the partial erasure under the assumption that the transition shift has been precompensated. The correlation functions are applied in designing a partial equalizer, and a minimum mean square error (MMSE) equalizer is obtained for a partial response class IV (PR4) channel. Computer simulations are given to verified the proposed method; the mean square error of the proposed equalizer can be improved about 2 dB as compared with the conventional one in the presence of the partial erasure.","PeriodicalId":280001,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Wireless Networks and Information Systems","volume":"80 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128407025","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we focus on a specific family of dense and symmetric graphs, the Borel Cayley graphs. More specifically, we investigate the various parameters in the original formulation of Borel Cayley graphs defined in the matrix domain. By eliminating redundant parameters, we propose a new and simpler formulation of Borel Cayley graphs. This new formulation is defined in the integer domain and the group operation resembles the generation of pseudorandom numbers, hence the name pseudo-random formulation. Through the establishment of propositions and corollaries, we proved that certain parameters do not affect the diameter under a specific condition. This result provides a guideline in choosing appropriate generators and thus reducing the computation time in the search of \"good\" or \"bad\" generators. Using this new formulation, we also show that Borel Cayley graphs are isomorphic to a sub-class of Cayley graphs proposed by Dinneen. Finally, some guidelines for choosing generators to avoid disconnected graphs are also provided.","PeriodicalId":280001,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Wireless Networks and Information Systems","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122418520","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
