There haven’t been effective solutions up to now. Adopting Probability Coverage Model is more efficient relatively, which can obtain more accurate data. By means of computing the coverage probability of each node, we infer the coverage probability of the covered region. Thus, we can estimate redundant nodes, which gives to the credible basis for hierarchical scheduling. Eventually we ensure the rationality of node-scheduling. Under the new signaling mechanism, the need of synchronization among multiple relays is eliminated, thus it owns advantages of practicality and high spectral efficiency. Also, considering the characteristic of access and backhaul link in LTE_A, the outage capacity and bit error rate for ODAF and NDAF opportunistic relaying schemes are compared to prove the effectiveness of the scheme in LTE-A. The results showed that NDAF protocols have better performance than ODAF protocols. It was showed that for a target outage capacity performance, only two quantization bits are needed while for a target bit error rate requirement, at most four quantization bits are needed. We use the idea of H∞ control to design a controller to eliminate the effect which results from the external disturbance for the satellite. The pitch angle, the roll angle, the yaw angle and the angular velocities are relatively small amounts in allusion to the flexible satellite attitude control system. According to the above idea, the kinematical equation and dynamical equation of the attitude system can be designed to a relatively simple linear system. Then the optimal output feedback H∞ controller of the attitude control system could be designed based on LMI. Mikhail","doi":"10.1109/WNIS.2009.99","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/WNIS.2009.99","url":null,"abstract":"The resultant escalation of cyber attacks and the emerging needs of operators to increase their coverage with a blended service offering, that enhances user mobility, have raised a need for an architecture that can find global digital identities and link them back to users’ activities in the mobility universe. In this paper, our focus is to provide an architecture that associates mobile users’ credentials as IP,hostname, and network equipment identifiers (ex. network cards or mobile sets) with their (U)SIM (Universal subscriber identity module) cards to create a global identity.Then the architecture makes use of this global identity to extend the user mobility to universal mobility. The architecture proposes the Universal mobility concept by adopting a new mobile IP (MIP) architecture to enables users to maintain their connection to their corporate or to an internet service when moving between different access networks without impacting their existing sessions and with minimum handover time. The main advantages of the new mobile IP concept is; its independence of the access media or the user’s equipment. Being independent of the user's equipment is a goal as loading equipments with complex application will decrease its performance and increase the power consumption thus destroying the concept of mobility.The second advantage is enhancing the new MIP concept with a strong security mechanism that protects against identity spoofing. Based on the analysis of the present layered multicast, a TCP-Friendly active layered multicast congestion control mechanism with rapid self-adaptation at receivers called ALMCC is proposed. It uses active label layering and adapts to the bandwidth of network rapidly at receivers according to packet delay.
