Industri perfilman turut terkena dampaknya sehingga masyarakat tidak bisa menyaksikan penayangan film di bioskop. Masyarakat menonton film hanya dari rumah melalui media streaming film digital. Salah satu media streaming film terbesar saat ini adalah Netflix. Netflix mendapatkan 37 juta pelanggan baru selama masa pandemi. Hal ini perlu dijaga dengan memperhatikan kualitas layanan Netflix. Kualitas layanan yang paling banyak dikeluhkan pelanggan adalah kualitas layanan sistem pembayarannya. Untuk itu dilakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh kualitas layanan (e-Service Quality dan e-Recovery Service Quality) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (e-Satisfaction) dan loyalitas pelanggan (e-Loyalty). Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan software SmartPLS. Pengembangan alat ukur kuesioner menunjukkan terdapat 11 dimensi yang menjadi dasar pembuatan kuesioner dan dibagikan kepada 150 responden pelanggan Netflix. Bumbu Instan Noeya Sells its products through offline stores, supermarkets and several social media and E-marketplaces. Since the Covid-19 pandemic broke out in Indonesia, there has been an increase in sales through digital media by 26%, namely on social media Facebook, but on other digital media there has been no increase in sales. This happens because the use of digital media owned by Bumbu Instan Noeya has not been optimal. This research aims to design a digital marketing strategy for Bumbu Instan Noeya products using the SOSTAC method which is organized into six stages, namely situation analysis, objective, strategy, tactics, action, and control. The results of the digital marketing strategy design are the creation and optimization of social media (social media marketing) as a marketing and sales medium and other strategies, namely social media optimization, content marketing, video marketing, podcasts, influencer marketing and user generated content. This study was conducted to accommodate students’ requirements by designing the decision support system to recommend elective courses by combining AHP and PROMETHEE methods. AHP was used to weight the criteria, after which they were then ranked using the PROMETHEE such that the elective courses were sorted partially using PROMETHEE I as scenario 1 and completely through PROMETHEE II as scenario 2. The accuracy test showed that scenarios 1 and 2 were 67.4% and 60.4%, respectively, accurate. {"title":"Minimasi Waste pada Proses Produksi Bracket B6H-F194X-00 Menggunakan Lean Manufacturing untuk Mencapai Target Produksi di PT. ABC merupakan perusahaan manufaktur di Tangerang dan memiliki tipe produksi <em>make to order</em>. Produk Bracket B6H-F194X-00 merupakan salah satu produk dengan jumlah permintaan tertinggi dan selalu diproduksi setiap bulannya. Permasalahan yang terjadi yakni target produksi tidak tercapai pada bulan September 2020 – Febuari 2021 yang disebabkan adanya <em>waste</em>, dampaknya perusahaan hanya dapat mengirimkan produknya sebesar 653 pcs/hari dari rata – rata target produksi sebesar 1100 pcs/hari. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meminimasi <em>waste</em> pada proses produksi Bracket B6H-F194X-00 menggunakan <em>Lean Manufacturing</em> untuk mencapai target produksi di PT. ABC. Penelitian diawali dengan pemetaan <em>Current State Mapping</em> dan <em>waste</em> yang teridentifikasi yaitu <em>waste waiting, unnecessary motion, transportation, overprocessing, dan defect</em>. Pembobotan <em>waste</em> dilakukan menggunakan <em>Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process</em> (<em>Fuzzy</em> AHP) dan didapatkan bahwa <em>waste transportation</em> merupakan <em>waste</em> dominan dengan bobot 0.3059. Bobot masing – masing <em>waste</em> digunakan untuk pemilihan <em>Value Stream Analysis Tools</em> (VALSAT) dan diperoleh<em> tools Process Activity Mapping</em> (PAM) dengan bobot skor 7.527. Usulan perbaikan menggunakan metode 5W+1H yakni penggunaan <em>work bench</em>, penggabungan aktivitas transportasi dan penambahan tempat pembuang skrap <em>piercing</em> sementara. This study proposes new strategies for food sellers in Indonesia based on customer reviews before and during the pandemic, and food sellers' competition profile. Customer reviews are scraped from 20 food sellers in Java, Indonesia. A text mining is then applied, and the texts collected are classified into 11 attributes. The next process is sentiment analysis to separate the positive and the negative reviews, to be analyzed further in two types of gap analyses. The first is gap analysis between positive and negative reviews to portray the food sellers’ strengths and weaknesses. The second gap analysis identifies the gap of customer reviews before and during the pandemic to predict the change of customers’ needs. The results show that product, place, and services are always the customer’s top-of-mind attributes, no matter in normal or pandemic situations, so that food seller should always maintain those aspects. This study also identifies several new strategies related to the health protocols. Regarding to online business competition, this study observes the food sellers’ growth in online marketplace. The result shows that the growth score of food sellers increases significantly from 2 to 9 per month because of the pandemic. Thus, food sellers need to consider the opportunity for online business, while maintaining their strengths.
