Pada saat ini permasalahan yang terjadi pada perusahaan masih ada yang di luar dari ketentuan batas. Diketahui di atas angka persentase yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Sehingga perusahaan segera melakukan perbaikan agar tidak terjadi waste/yang merugikan perusahaan. Dengan adanya pengendalian kualitas secara baik dan benar, maka akan diperoleh produk yang dapat memenuhi keinginan konsumen. Salah satu tools yang digunakan untuk membantu pengendalian kualitas adalah menggunakan metode Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Penggunaan FMEA mampu mengidentifikasi risiko kegagalan yang terjadi selama proses produksi di TL - 5. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis moda kegagalan yang menyebabkan terjadi permasalahan dengan menggunakan metode FMEA. Dengan berdasarkan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN). Selanjutnya emberikan usulan perbaikan untuk produksi selanjutnya. Berdasarkan pengolahan dengan metode FMEA dapat mengidentifikasi moda kegagalan yang terjadi. Unit Produksi Pertenunan di Bengkel Teknik Pembuatan Kain SMK Negeri 3 Kota Pekalongan saat ini menggunakan kereta lalatan (Beam trolley) sebagai alat transportasi gulungan benang lusi (warp beam). Beam trolley yang ada sulit dikendalikan ketika didorong dan kurang nyaman saat digunakan bahkan dapat menyebabkan permukaan gulungan benang rusak atau kotor. Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan Beam trolley untuk pemindahan warp beam yang ergonomis, aman dan tidak menyebabkan turunnya kualitas gulungan benang. Metode perancangan menggunakan Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD). Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode EFD berupa prototype Beam trolley dengan spesifikasi sebagai berikut: (1) dimensi Beam trolley 190 cm x 60 cm yang disesuaikan dengan antropometri pengguna; (2) pegangan dengan jarak 155 cm, lebar 34 cm, diameter 4 cm dan tinggi 100 cm. Pegangan berfungsi sebagai penarik atau pendorong. {"title":"Analisis Pengendalian Kualitas Pada Pengolahan Produk Kulit Dengan Metode Statistical Process Control Pada UMKM Paris Leather","authors":"Dimas Ari Nuryanto, Widya Setiafindari","doi":"10.20961/performa.20.2.53404","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20961/performa.20.2.53404","url":null,"abstract":"Pada proses produksi kulit pada UMKM Paris Leather masih terdapat kecacattan saat proses pewarnaan kulit dan proses pembuatan produk kulit, dimana proses produksi kulit tidak sesuai dengan standar kecacatan produk yang telah ditentukan oleh UMKM Paris Leather. Dari data produksi produk kulit pada bulan Januari s.d Februari 2021 mencapai 933 produk lembaran kulit, 173 produk tas dan 155 produk jaket, masih terdapat produk cacat pada produksi dengan jumlah rata-rata cacat produk kulit lembaran 5 % per hari, produk tas 4 % per hari dan produk jaket 3 % per hari dengan jumlah produk cacat yang terjadi perlu dilakukan usulan perbaikan kualitas untuk mengurangi cacat pada produk kulit, maka dalam meyelesaikan masalah tersebut perlu menganalisis apa saja jenis cacat dominan yang terjadi pada produksi kulit, kemudian mencari penyebab cacat pada produk dan pewarnaan yang terjadi di UMKM Paris Leather. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Statistical Quality Control, Check Sheet, Stratifikasi, Peta Kontrol, Diagram Pareto, Diagram Sebab-Akibat, Diagram Pencar, dan Histogram. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan jenis kerusakan yang paling banyak terjadi pada proses produksi kulit adalah cacat jahit tidak rapi sebesar 50 % produk tas, 40 % produk jaket, dan proses perwarnaan kulit cacat lubang sebesar 50 %. Due to equipment losses such as setup and adjustment, minor stops and delays, defective products due to equipment, reduced engine speed, and reduced output has influenced their desire to reach world class manufacturing levels. This paper discusses a large part of the TPM approach in manufacturing companies and provides an overview of the various TPM implementation practices demonstrated by manufacturing companies in the world.. Based on review results of the 50 journals about TPM in industries It was found that most of the TPM implementations used the OEE parameter to see the success rate of implementing this TPM.
