When writing a work, the author enters into a dialogue with the reader. This is such a complex process of communication, where different outlooks meet. The author builds a second language on top of the existing native language. A literary text is a form and expression of the author's thoughts in words. At the same time, the author's national, linguistic and religious thinking is of paramount importance. Man is considered a biological and social being, which is reflected in the text. When analyzing a work, the author's style, worldview, perception of the world is reflected in the text to one degree or another. When analyzing a work, three discourses are distinguished: the author, the text and the reader. The text of a work of art is a multi-layered and multi-valued device. Text is a means of communication and contains such meanings as message, information, confirmation, negation, relation. The analysis of a work according to a literary text does not allow criticism to be distracted. Reader who receives incoming thoughts. The analysis of any work leads us to understanding the author's intention and understanding the meanings.","PeriodicalId":278080,"journal":{"name":"The American Journal of Social Science and Education Innovations","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122084811","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Because of this feature of teaching students how to create paragraphs under the proper instruction in practice, blended learning technologies enable both teachers and students to adapt the educational environment for the system of improving their (learners’) paragraph writing skills in the digital era of educational development. This study investigates the potential of blended learning technologies on students’ writing skills, especially paragraph writing in English as a foreign language (EFL). It examines students’ most improved EFL writing areas and perceptions while utilizing blended learning technologies to foster their paragraph writing skills in a systematic way. In this experiment, two groups of EFL writing course students participated during the first-semester 2021-2022. A mixed-method design was implemented into the experiment: course evaluation questionnaires, achievement tests, and students’ portfolios on writing tasks. Findings of the investigations illustrated that most of the participants’ mistakes were in composing topic sentences, creating ideas, and providing concluding sentences coherently and cohesively. The study showed that blending learning technologies in the environment of higher pedagogical education assisted both teachers and students to conduct lessons on the writing skills in a more effective and convenient way.","PeriodicalId":278080,"journal":{"name":"The American Journal of Social Science and Education Innovations","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121657644","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Moreover, the agreement establishing the GATS is a framework of rules aimed at ensuring that the rules of trade in services do not contain unnecessary barriers. The main idea of the GATS is to develop and adopt multilateral rules aimed at liberalizing trade in services. However, in practice, most states apply various types of restrictions to protect the interests of national service providers. The GATS establishes the rules and procedures for applying the permissible restrictions on trade in services [1.19]. Therefore, the states, which have joined the GATS undertake obligations that can be divided into two groups: general obligations assumed by states unconditionally and specific obligations relating to the particular conditions of access to the market for services of a certain state.","PeriodicalId":278080,"journal":{"name":"The American Journal of Social Science and Education Innovations","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116691188","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
