This study adopts qualitative approach by exploring two organizations, which aim to promote sustainable farming industry. The findings address four research questions, including how the social enterprises set their social mission, how they develop product innovation, how the governance practices within their organization, and how they promote fair trade. The population numbered 310 customers and fulfilled the criteria of the research sample (accindental sampling). The research method uses a survey method with a quantitative research approach with a sample of 75 respondents, the analytical tool used is SPSS 20. This study concludes that there is a simultaneous influence of the dimensions of service quality dimensions on consumer satisfaction Khai Khai Thai Tea Malang. Partially the dimension of service quality dimensions, namely responsibility and empathy, influences, but not significantly to the variable of customer satisfaction, Khai Khai Thai Tea, the center of Malang City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership on the performance of Stikes NU lecturers and staff in Tuban. \u0000The research method is descriptive research, the population of all lecturers and staff of STIKES NU Tuban is 120 people, the sample is divided into 3 groups (group 1 (17 people), group 2 (27 people), and group 3 (76 people)). Techniques for collecting data through observation and interviews. Data analysis uses Pearson Product moment (PPM). \u0000Based on the results of the study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on the performance of lecturers and employees in a positive direction. Data Kementerian Pertanian menunjukkan, total ekspor SBW Indonesia pada tahun 2015 sebesar 700 ton, naik menjadi 769 ton di 2016 dan 1.053 ton di 2017. Ekspor sarang walet sendiri tidak dapat lepas dari peran petani walet Indonesia. Namun, petani walet Indonesia sebagai produsen sarang walet menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti hasil produksi sarang walet rumahan yang layak konsumsi masih rendah, rantai perdagangan sarang walet tertutup, dan harga di tengkulak cukup rendah. \u0000Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal, memetakan posisi kompetitif usaha peternakan walet UD.Sakinah pada matriks Internal - Eksternal, dan memformulasikan strategi bersaing yang tepat untuk diaplikasikan pada usaha peternakan walet UD.Sakinah. \u0000Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan menggunakan snowball sampling. Obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah penganalisaan lingkungan eksternal dan internal dari peternakan burung walet UD.Sakinah yang kemudian akan diformulasikan melalui matriks EFE, IFE, SWOT, analisa portofolio matriks Internal-Eksternal, dan QSPM. \u0000Skor bobot total faktor internal lingkungan usaha peternakan walet UD.Sakinah bernilai 2,25 yang artinya sedang. Skor bobot total faktor eksternal usaha menunjukkan 2,5 yang artinya sedang. Matriks IE menunjukkan bahwa usaha peternakan walet UD.Sakinah berada di kuadran V yang artinya strategi yang cocok adalah menjaga dan mempertahankan yaitu strategi penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. Pada matriks QSPM attractiveness score untuk strategi penetrasi pasar sebesar 3,91 sedangkan untuk strategi pengembangan produk 3,52. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kuantitatif karena mengunankan analisis statistic inferensial. Variabel penelitian ini meliputi harga saham sebagai variabel dependen. Sedangkan variabel independennya adalah tingkat inflasi dan Bank Indonesia (BI) rate. \u0000Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah bank umum pemerintah yang listing di Pasar modal Indonesia Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah 4 (empat) bank umum pemerintah.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. \u0000Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa secara parsial inflasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham sebesar -0,055 yang menunjukkan besarnya kontribusi yang diberikan variabel X1terhadap Harga Saham. Sedangkan pengaruh Bi Rate sebesar -0,160 yang menunjukkan besarnya kontribusi yang diberikan variabel BI Rate (X2)terhadap Harga Saham. Khususnya bagi wanita, dengan multi perannya sebagai ibu, istri, dan bagian dari organisasi tentu memberikan tantangan sendiri dalam kaitannya dengan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh work-life balance dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada ibu bekerja sebagai guru PAUD di Kota Cimahi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden guru PAUD Kota Cimahi yang berstatus ibu. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan regresi berganda untuk menjawab hipotesis dari penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi work-life balance, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi pada ibu bekerja sebagai guru PAUD di Kota Cimahi sudah baik karena masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh secara simultan dari work-life balance dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 38,2% sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian. Namun secara parsial atau terpisah, disimpulkan bahwa work-life balance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, sementara kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. This research is explanation research by using independent sample t-test analysis technique. The population in this study amounted to 66 respondents, consisting of 6 permanent lecturers from 11 courses at Universitas Persatuan Guru 1945 NTT, while the sample selection technique used in this study was saturation sampling. Data collected using the Financial Stress Questionnaire.
