Distributing cash dividends for three consecutive years during the 2015-2017 research period; (3). Have complete financial report data on Debt Policy (DAR) and Return On Assetss (ROA) during the study period, namely in the years 2015-2017. A sample of 14 companies from 40 companies was obtained. Lifestyle is focused on the lifestyle of students who are consumers of the Colombo branch of Waroeng Steak and Shake Yogyakarta. \u0000This research belongs to the quantitative descriptive category by using multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression. While the sampling method was carried out with a purposive sampling technique for 100 consumers who visited the Colombo branch of Waroeng Steak and Shake. Improvement of entrepreneurship is then carried out by universities, especially in Malang, through entrepreneurship-based courses, but there is a gap between theory and practice. The gap occurs because of differences in interest among students who are more inclined to entrepreneurship and study in higher education. The purpose of this study was to see differences in interest in entrepreneurship and interest in studying in college. The data analysis method used is partial least square with the student population of several public and private universities in the city of Malang. The data used is the Time Series data from January 2015 to July 2018, sourced from the Islamic Banking Statistics data. To analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, the author uses the Multiple Linear Regression method. The research method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. While the sampling technique uses a purpose sampling technique, with the criteria of stocks entering LQ45 during 2014-2016 respectively. The population contained in this study were 58 shares, and 33 samples were taken. The results of the analysis show that the stocks included in the optimal portfolio category are only 8 shares with the proportion of funds being WSKT 33.18%, PTPP 22.74%, AKRA 7.51%, GGRM 9.57%, TLKM 19.63%, UNVR 4, 65%, PWON 2.42%, and ADRO 0.31%. Disamping semakin meningkatnya kegiatan kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat wilayah yang tercermin dalam bentuk perluasan ruang wilayah meningkat pula. Dimana diperlukan penggunaan tanah yang menyangkut kepemilikan masyarakat. Penetapan nilai pengganti wajar dalam pembebasan tanah untuk kepentingan umum di Kota Lhokseumawe dilakukan oleh tim appraisal dengan memperhatikan nilai fisik dan nilai non fisik sesuai dengan UU No 2 tathun 2012 dan Standar Penilaian Indonesia.
