This phenomenon can lead to consumptive financial behavior in the community, especially students, meaning that the community lacks awareness of financial behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach that aims to determine whether locus of control, financial knowledge and parental income can influence the financial management behavior of new students of the management study program, University Muhammadiyah Gresik. The use of purposive sampling technique in sampling obtained 152 correspondents who were then analyzed use multiple linear regression analysis technique with SPSS 16 program. This study also analyzes the mediating role of brand awareness and brand trust in the relationship between emotional marketing and purchase intention. This study uses a questionnaire as an instrument of study and has collected valid and reliable data from 130 respondents who are users of MSME products who are actively promoting on Instagram social media. This study adopted the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique to test the hypothesis in this study. This study proves that brand awareness and brand trust have a mediating role in the relationship between emotional marketing and purchase intention. This means that emotional marketing has an indirect effect on purchase intention through brand trust and brand awareness. The purpose of the research is to determine the implementation of human resource planning with all the challenges and efforts to maintain its implementation in accordance with existing procedures. The research was conducted at PT. ABC which is a manufacturing company. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained through in-depth interviews and documentation. Gastronomy tourism is now categorised as a niche market. The purpose of this research is to determine what factors impact visitors' decisions to visit Kelantan's culinary tourism. The relationship between the independent variables of meal pricing, food presentation, and ambiance, as well as the dependent variable of intention to visit, will be investigated in this study. This study used a quantitative technique, with 400 responses collected via an online questionnaire from people who had visited Kelantan at least once. Because 10 straight-lining replies were removed, 390 responses were submitted to smartpls data analysis. This study also describes the new findings as a development of previous research. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a total of 100 respondents from CV. Sentosa’s employees. The independent variable (X) in this study is Training, Soft Skill, and Hard Skill. Meanwhile, the dependent variable (Y) in this study is Employee Performance. The results showed that The X’s variables had a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the partial test of this study indicate that the ability of hard skills has less effect on increasing employee performance. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah followers Instagram Pijakbumi yang berjumlah 86.600 responden dengan menggunakan Teknik nonprobability sampling, sampel purposive, sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Berdasakan hasil dari uji t diperoleh bahwa Green Marketing berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli konsumen sepatu eco-friendly Pijakbumi (Studi pada followers Instagram Piakbumi) karena t-hitung 3,347 > t-tabel 1,985, Inovasi Produk berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli konsumen sepatu eco-friendly Pijakbumi (Studi pada followers Instagram Piakbumi) karena t-hitung 7,286 > t-tabel 1,985. This research was conducted on cassava processing SMEs. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods. Based on the analysis of the \"Sampeuin\" cassava processing business using a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis, there is a use of cassava as a processed food ingredient. Collecting data using the documentation method, data on the sample companies' financial statements are available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which can be accessed through the website www.idx.co.id. The researcher accessed the data through the Indonesian Stock Exchange's Sharia Investment Gallery at the Kadiri Islamic University. \u0000            Based on the results of the research data analysis as stated in the previous chapter, it can be concluded as follows: There is an effect of tax management by companies on corporate income tax in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period. This is based on research findings which found that from seven sample companies, only KAEF companies had an effective tax rate and cash effective tax rate above 25% continuously in the 2016-2018 range. Meanwhile, companies that continuously avoided taxes during 2016-2018 were SMSM companies. Suggestions that can be given are in accordance with the research results, namely tax avoidance as one of the company's efforts to carry out tax management in general, it can be legally carried out by companies, but this condition will certainly reduce the potential for tax revenue that should be acceptable to the state. It is important to raise awareness for companies not to evade taxes because this will harm state revenues and even disrupt development processes in the long term. MSMEs as one of the supporters of the economy are also affected by the implementation of the PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar), which automatically causes a decrease in the mobility of business actors, some even do not open their businesses at all. The purpose of this study is to find out what strategies must be carried out by convection entrepreneurs in Sukawana to survive during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is descriptive qualitative using SWOT analysis. One alternative strategy that should be carried out by convection entrepreneurs in Sukawana to survive is to minimize weaknesses by avoiding threats (W-T), namely starting to do more professional business management in terms of production, human resources, finance, and marketing. \u0000Keywords: Depend strategies, MSMEs, Covid-19 Pandemic, SWOT analysis \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Di tengah perkembangan UMKM yang semakin pesat, tiba-tiba UMKM diterpa hambatan yang sangat berat, yaitu Pandemi Covid-19. UMKM sebagai salah satu penyokong perekonomian ikut terkena imbas dikeranakan diberlakukannya PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar), yang otomatis menyebabkan menurunnya mobilitas para pelaku usaha, bahkan ada yang tidak membuka usahanya sama sekali. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahu strategi apa yang harus dilakukan oleh para pengusaha konveksi di Kelurahan Sukawana untuk bertahan di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan analisis SWOT.
