Inti Tani Utama Sambi Agricultural Store is one of the shops in the agricultural sector that has problems with poor service quality and too expensive prices. This makes the customer feel unsatisfied. This study uses quantitative techniques with descriptive analysis. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling using the Slovin formula. The number of samples from this study were 83 respondents who were customers at the Inti Tani Utama Sambi Agricultural Store. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews and questionnaires. From the analysis that has been done using SPSS for Windows 16.0, the results show that service quality has a partial effect on customer satisfaction, price has a partial effect on customer satisfaction, service quality and price have a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction. Entrepreneurship is a way that can help the family economy and become a self-actualization tool for women. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. The sample of this research was selected by random sampling technique. The data were collected by using interviews, questionnaires and observation. The results of this study revealed that the motivation of women in entrepreneurship, among others, because of the desire to be economically independent, fulfilling the family's daily needs, spending spare time, utilizing existing places for business, hobbies, being motivated by other people, and having certain skills. Efforts to improve the family economy by entrepreneurship have a positive impact on improving the family's economic condition. With good financial management, the family's economic condition will improve. The goal of this study was to add work discipline as a mediating variable to the influence of motivation and compensation on employee performance. The research data used was gathered from PT. Truba Garda Device personnel using questionnaires. A sampling of responders was conducted using the sensus method, with a total of 110 employees. The use of SPSS software to test research instruments and path analysis to test hypotheses are examples of data analysis methods. The findings suggest that direct motivation improves employee performance and work discipline, and that motivation influences employee performance via work discipline as a mediating variable. Compensation has a direct impact on work discipline but not on employee performance, and compensation has an indirect impact on employee performance when work discipline is mediated. This article also presents various policies that have been taken by the government with a fiscal approach. The policies used by the government have also been replicated by countries in the Southeast Asian region that are members of ASEAN. This research focuses on the integration of research on the pattern of the creative industry economy with the contemporary paradigmatic discourse of the creative industry. This study proves that the fiscal policy strategy used by the government is able to reduce the slump in the national economy. This study found that there was uniformity in the pattern of economic recovery policies in the Southeast Asia region to respond to COVID-19. This uniform pattern is related to stimulus policies in 6 (six) important sectors, one of which is the creative industry. Therefore, sembako traders have an important role in how sembako items are properly distributed to the community. In achieving this goal, it is suggested that the traders operate based on an ethical business framework. Islam through the Qur'an and hadith has provided this framework in the form of Islamic business ethics principles. By using a qualitative descriptive analytical approach, this study aims to understand how the application of Islamic business ethics in the business activities of basic food traders in Jumbleng Village. The data in this study were collected through a process of observation and interviews. While the data analysis technique uses the analytical technique developed by Miles and Huberman, with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This type of research is explanatory research, which explains and proves the relationship and influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used a sample of 110 respondents and distributed questionnaires in the City and District of Kediri with the help of Google Forms. Sampling used non-probability sampling method with convenience sampling method. The sample consists of respondents who live in the City and District of Kediri, aged 17 years and over, and have purchased Slai O'lai products more than 2 (two) times. The data used are primary and secondary data, while the analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai sandwich biscuits. \u0000Keywords: brand Image, Product Quality, Repurchase Decision \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang produk Slai O’lai pada masyarakat Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, yang menjelaskan dan membuktikan hubungan dan pengaruh antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 110 responden dan menyebarkan kuesioner di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri dengan bantuan Google Forms. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Sampel terdiri dari responden yang berdomisili di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri, berusia 17 tahun ke atas, dan telah membeli produk Slai O'lai lebih dari 2 (dua) kali. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta uji hipotesis. The sampling technique was carried out by saturated sampling which made the entire population as a sample obtained as many as 70 employees. The data analysis used in this study is Smart PLS 3.3 which is useful for finding the influence between variables with mediation. The quantitative paradigm is an approach in this study that seeks to explore the triggers for high performance, the population in this study is the entire employee at Pt Bank Sulselbar in Makassar as many as 256 people, the sampling technique uses a simple random sampling method with a total sample of 156 people. The analysis used in testing the hypothesis is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of WarpPLS Software version, 6.0. Working capital turnover variable is calculated using the Working Capital Turnover ratio, liquidity is measured using Current Ratio, solvency is measured using Debt to Assets Ratio and Profitability is measured using Return on Assets. \u0000This type of research is quantitative using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and partial test. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method. The results of the analysis that have been done, show that the working capital turnover, liquidity and solvency significantly influence the profitability of the company. \u0000 This is evidenced by the results of correlation analysis which shows the value of r = 0.831 which means there is a strong relationship between working capital turnover, liquidity and solvency to profitability. Companies need to minimize the inefeectiveness that occurs in the recruitment and selection process. Meanwhile, the literature that provides empirical evidence on factors of recruitment ineffectiveness and its resolution is very diverse and not comprehensive. This study aims to provide a comprehensive picture of potential ineffectiveness in the recruitment and selection process for employess in Indonesia. A systematic study of literature is used in this study. The sample was obtained from 17 national journals that have been published and have been accredited and have an ISSN during the period 2006 to 2021 regarding recruitment and selection. There are 18 articles relevant to the research. This study groups articles covering topics, research methods and research sectors.
