The research method was experimental using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments consisted of R1: giving BR1 aged 1 to 35 days, R2: giving BR2 aged 1 to 35 days, R3: giving BR1 aged 1 to 7 days and giving BR2 aged 8 to 35 days, R4: giving BR1 aged 1 to 14 days and giving BR2 aged 15 to 35 days, R5: giving BR1 aged 1 to 21 days and giving BR2 aged 22 to 35 days. Each treatment was replicated 5 times. The observed variables were daily ration consumption, daily body weight gain, ration conversion. Data were analyzed by variance analysis, if there was an effect of treatment, it was continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test. The conclusion of this research was that the replacement of BR1 to BR2 rations had a significant effect on daily ration consumption and ration conversion, but had no significant effect on daily body weight gain of broilers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kombinasi tepung tongkol jagung sebagai media tanam jamur tiram putih (Pleurotus ostreatus) Penelitian dilaksanakan pada April–Juli 2022 di Desa Lassang Barat, Kecamatan Polombangkeng Utara, Kabupaten Takalar, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Percobaan ini terdiri dari 5 Perlakuan dan 4 kali Pengulangan. Parameter yang diamati yaitu percepatan pertumbuhan, waktu pemenuhan miselium, lebar tudung, panjang tangkai, dan berat basah tubuh buah. The purpose of this study was to formulate an organic ameliorant to reduce soil salinity levels and increase the growth of rice plants on saline soils. The study was conducted in Jayamukti Village, Banyusari District, Karawang Regency from March to June 2022. Experiment used factorial randomized block design consisted of two factors with three replications. The first factor was the composition of organic ameliorant consisted of straw compost, husk charcoal, coconut shell biochar, dolomite, and humic acid. The second factor was the dose of organic ameliorant consisted of 0, 1, 2, and 3 tons/ha. The results showed that the application of organic ameliorant formulas in the form of 100% straw compost and 70% straw compost + 20% biochar + 10% dolomite at a dose of 3 tons / ha tended to be able to inhibit the decrease in saline soil acidity (0.15%) and reduce soil salinity levels (3.57%). The composition and dose of organic ameliorant interacted with each other in increasing the growth of rice plants by increasing plant height (40.10 cm) and number of tillers (6.00) compared to plants that were not given organic ameliorant on saline soil. The research method uses the survey method, data collection is carried out by purposive sampling with the criteria of Kaligesing dairy goats that have been lactation as many as 100 tail. The variables analyzed were the identity of the farmer, litter size, milk production and mother weight. Data analysis was carried out with descriptive analysis and simple correlation analysis. The results showed that the average litter size was 2.04 heads, milk production was 896 ml or 0.9 liters and the parent weight was 44.77 kg. The results of the correlation analysis showed a value of 0.662 or there was a strong relationship between the litter size and the weight of the mother to goat milk production. The need for zucchini in Indonesia is increasing along with the growing number of restaurants serving Japanese and Korean dishes. Information about the cultivation of zucchini in Indonesia is still limited, so that zucchini is rarely found among farmers. The purpose of the experiment was to get the right concentration of Bioboost fertilizer in order to give maximum zucchini yields. The experiment was conducted from February to April 2022 in Cihanjuang Rahayu Village, Parongpong, West Bandung Regency, West Java Province with an altitude of 1.243 m above sea level. The experiment menthod used complete randomized block design (CRBD) of five treatment and five replications. Each treatment consisted of 5 plants. so the total number was 125 plants. Treat the experiment A : 0 cc Bioboost/liter of water, B : 20 cc Bioboost/liter of water, C : 40 cc Bioboost/liter of water, D : 60 cc Bioboost/liter of water, E : 80 cc Bioboost/liter of water. Lahan pertanian yang sempit akibat pembangunan infrastruktur telah menjadi permasalahan yang berakibat pada penurunan produksi hasil pertanian khususnya pada komoditas sayuran. Usaha untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dengan sistem budidaya hidroponik. Keberhasilan dalam budidaya sayuran secara hidroponik, dipengaruhi unsur hara, media tanam, oksigen dan air. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) Mengetahui media tanam terbaik untuk tanaman bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) pada hidroponik sistem wick, 2) Mengetahui varietas bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) yang baik ditanam secara hidroponik sistem wick. \u0000Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai April 2020 di Screenhouse Gelora Indah 2 Kecamatan, Purwokerto Timur dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan dua faktor percobaan, yaitu media tanam dan varietas bawang merah. Macam perlakuan media tanam yang di uji coba pada penelitian ini yaitu : A0 (100% rockwool), A1(100% cocopeat), A2(100% arang sekam), A3 (25 % cocopeat dan 75% arang sekam), A4 (50% cocopeat dan 50% arang sekam) dan A5 (75% cocopeat dan 25% arang sekam). Perlakuan varietas tanaman bawang merah yang diuji coba pada penelitian ini yaitu : B1 (varietas Bima Brebes) dan B2 (varietas Batu ijo). Variabel yang diamati pada penelitian ini yaitu bobot umbi segar, diameter umbi, dan panjang umbi. \u0000Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) media tanam rockwool merupakan media tanam terbaik pada variabel bobot umbi segar, dan diameter umbi sedangkan pada variabel panjang umbi tidak berbeda nyata. The aim of the research was to study the effect of using jatropha seed cake in beef cattle rations on fermentability and digestibility. In vitro evaluation was used to study the fermentability and digestibility of beef cattle rations containing 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40% of jatropha seed cake. The experiment used a completely randomized design followed by Duncan's multiple range test with 5 treatments which were repeated 4 times. The variables measured were ammonia, volatile fatty acids, dry matter digestibility and organic matter digestibility. The treatment of rations containing jatropha seed cake resulted in significant changes in fermentability and digestibility (P<0.05), where the use of 20% treatment resulted in the highest of ammonia, volatile fatty acids, dry matter digestibility and organic matter digestibility (P<0.05), namely 3.69 mM, 163.58 mM, 77.88 % and 70.35%, respectively. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang sedang atau sudah membeli cabai rawit domba di Pasar Manis Ciamis sebanyak 96 Orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan systematic random sampling. Sampel pedagang diambil 20 Orang dengan mengunakan simple random sampling. Untuk analisis data menggunakan Uji Kolmogorov Smirnov dan uji Mann Whitney-U. Hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing atribut cabai rawit domba memiliki nilai D-hitung > D-tabel, artinya terdapat kecenderungan dari konsumen dan pedagang dalam memilih cabai rawit domba di Pasar Manis Ciamis menurut atribut cabai rawit domba. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Faculty of Agriculture, Tidar University for 21 days. The research method used a completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments (P0: Coffee husk + 3% molasses), (P1: Coffee husk + 3% molasses + Heryaki probiotic 0.5%), (P2 Coffee husk + 3% molasses + Heryaki probiotic 1%), and (P3: Coffee husk + 3% molasses + Heryaki probiotic 1.5%) each treatment was repeated 5 times. The data were analyzed using ANOVA and continued using Duncan's multiple range test, and calculated using IBM SPSS 21. The results showed that the use of Heryaki probiotic had a significant effect (P<0.05) on lactic acid content, pH, dry matter, and Fleigh value. Treatment with the addition of probiotics as much as 1.5% (P3) was the best treatment againtst lactic acid content, pH and Fleigh value. Treatment without probiotics (P0) resulted in the best BK content. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: coffee husk, fermentation, Heryaki probiotic \u0000 \u0000Abstrak. \u0000Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas fermentasi kulit kopi menggunakan probiotik Heryaki berdasarkan kandungan asam laktat, pH, bahan kering, dan nilai Fleigh. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Peternakan dan Perikanan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tidar selama 21 hari. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan (P0: Kulit kopi + 3% molases), (P1: Kulit kopi + 3% molases + probiotik Heryaki 0,5%), (P2 Kulit kopi + 3% molases + probiotik Heryaki 1%), dan (P3: Kulit kopi + 3% molases + probiotik Heryaki 1,5%) setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 5 kali. Data yang dihasilkan dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dan dilanjutkan menggunakan uji jarak berganda Duncan, dihitung menggunakan alat bantu IBM SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan probiotik Heryaki memberikan pengaruh nyata (P<0,05) pada kandungan asam laktat, pH, bahan kering, dan nilai Fleigh. Perlakuan dengan penamabahan probiotik sebanyak 1,5% (P3) menghasilkan kandungan asam laktat, pH dan nilai Fleigh terbaik. This research was conducted from 16 to 23 June 2019 located at FIYO Yoghurt owned by Mr. Engkos Zakaria which is located in Pameungpeuk Village RT 03 RW 12 Pasirhalang Village, Cisarua District, West Bandung Regency. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial design consisting of two factors and three replications. The first factor is the length of incubation time (W) consisting of three levels, namely w1 = 3 hours incubation time, w2 = 6 hours of incubation time and w3 = 9 hours of incubation time. The second factor is the starter concentration (S) consisting of 3 levels, namely s1 = 2% starter concentration, s2 = 4% starter concentration and s3 = 6% starter concentration. From the research results it can be concluded that there has been an interaction between the length of incubation time and the concentration of the starter on the viscosity of cow's milk yogurt. The best interaction occurred at 9 hours of incubation time and 6% starter concentration. 9 hours incubation time and 6% starter concentration had a good effect on pH and viscosity.
