How is the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of agricultural extension. The research objectives were to identify and analyze: 1. SWOT internal environment (strengths and weaknesses) and external environment (opportunities and challenges / threats); 2. Strategic formulation; 3. Strategic implementation; 4. Management of supervision and evaluation of agricultural extension professionalism; 5. Strategic steps to overcome problems and weaknesses. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Research location: BP3K Sukalarang and Sukabumi Subdistricts, West Java. The underlying theory is educational management, strategic management, human resource management, agricultural management and extension, quality theory and culture. The research findings are: 1. Not all BP3K heads have analyzed and combined their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges into the conclusion of strategic assumptions in the preparation of strategic plans; 2. Strategic formulation has not been based on strategic assumptions by maximizing strengths and minimizing weaknesses by taking advantage of opportunities in facing challenges. Vision, mission, strategic objectives and policies for professional development of extension workers are integrated in RENSTRA BP4K; 3. Strategic implementation includes programs, budgets and implementation procedures contained in the BP3K Annual Work Plan Program with a nominal BP3K Budget Work Plan, the agricultural extension professionalism development program has not been specifically regulated; 4. Supervision and evaluation of the professionalism of agricultural extension workers have not collaborated between the Head of BP3K and the district agricultural extension coordinator. The head of BP3K has not reported the results of the detailed and periodic professionalism assessment of agricultural extension agents to the district agricultural extension coordinator; 5. Strategies to overcome problems in an anticipatory manner through fostering motivation to all agricultural extension workers. Research recommendations: it is recommended that BP3K heads maximize strengths, minimize weaknesses, take advantage of opportunities to overcome challenges. Fitoremediasi dapat ditingkatkan oleh inokulan Azotobacter sp. Untuk meningkatkan kesuburan tanah, juga menghasilkan biosurfaktan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh interaksi dari inokulan Azotobacter sp. dan bahan organik berupa pupuk kandang sapi dalam fitoremediasi tanaman rami pada tanah yang dicemari limbah minyak bumi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Biologi Tanah dan Rumah Kaca Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Padjadjaran dari bulan Februari 2019 sampai dengan April 2019. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok pola faktorial, faktor pertama adalah inokulan bakteri: (a0) tanpa inokulan dan (a1) inokulan Azotobacter sp. dan faktor kedua adalah bahan organik dengan dosis yang berbeda: (b0) dosis 0% dan (b1) dosis 100%. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan  bulan Januari 2018 sampai April 2018 di Desa Pasir Sarongge Kecamatan Ciherang Kabupaten Cianjur dengan ketinggian tempat 1.250 meter di atas permukaan laut.  Agribisnis persuteraan  alam di Indonesia perkembangannya dilakukan Perum Perhutani  yangselalu mengembangkan bibit    telur ulat sutera, maupun bibit murbei. Selain upaya pengembangan bibit ulat sutera dan bibit murbei,  pembinaan teknis/pendampingan merupakan penentu keberhasilan produksi usaha persuteraan alam. This research has been conducted in the of Pusakamulya village, Kiarapedes district, Purwakarta Regency since January  to July 2017.  The environmental design used is a Randomized Block Design. Consisting of six treatments of goat manure dose: A = 0 g plant-1, B = 100 g plant-1, C = 200 g plant-1, D = 300 g plant-1, E = 400 g plant-1, and F = 500 g plant-1; each treatment was repeated three times. The results showed that the giving of fertilizer goat manure affected the growth and yield of Chinese cabbage (Brassica pekinensisL.). The location of the design is in the middle of KRK, KRK location is in Padabeunghar Village, Pasawahan District, Kuningan Regency, West Java Province and directly adjacent to Gunung Ciremai National Park. The design area is 6.6 hectares divided into 4.7 hectares of land and 1.9 hectares of water (Situ Cibuntu). Thematic garden landscape design The Aromatherapy of Kuningan Botanical Garden is a continuity process that starts from the survey, analysis, synthesis and concept stages into the drawings in the form of floor plans, looks, pieces and complete details and specifications and material selection. Aromatherapy Park is a garden whose plant composition is dominated by various types of plants that can spread the scent of flowers, leaves, stems, roots, fruit and extract from the plant itself. This garden can be a therapeutic garden (healing garden), because aromatherapy plant can give the impression of relaxation and fresh. Through Aromatherapy Park visitors are invited to relax to forget for a moment the pain, releasing stress and physical fatigue caused by everyday activities. Salah satu potensi RTH adalah Tempat Pemakaman Umum (TPU). Tingginya kebutuhan dan sulitnya penyediaan lahan mengakibatkan TPU penuh sesak dan padat. TPU di Kota Bandung dalam kondisi serupa, dengan tingkat tutupan lahan (BCR) yang tinggi. Mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dan meningkatkan fungsinya maka dilakukan studi perancangan TPU sebagai RTH Kota. Penelitian dengan teknik survey dan analisis deskriptif terhadap 11 TPU Muslimin di Kota Bandung, dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai Juli 2012. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan pemakaman yang padat dengan tutupan lahan yang tinggi, telah mengurangi fungsi TPU sebagai RTH Kota. Sumarni","doi":"10.37577/composite.v1i1.97","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37577/composite.v1i1.97","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian mengenai lama penyimpanan pada suhu rendah terhadap jumlah bakteri dan pH hasil susu pasteurisasi kemasan dilaksanakan di salah satu perusahaan susu di Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama penyimpanan dan penyimpanan manakah yang menyebabkan susu hasil pasteurisasi dalam kemasan yang disimimpan pada suhu rendah tidak layak konsumsi. Rennin bersifat amfolitik dan mempunyai tatapan desosiasi pada gugus basanya, terutama pada gugus terminal karboksil dan gugus terminal aminonya. Aktifitas maksimum enzim berada pada suasana pH asam, stabil pada pH 5 sedangkan pada pH 3 – 5 rennin mengalami autokatalis dan di atas pH 6  mengalami denaturasi. Fungsi asam asetat (CH3COOH) dalam larutan pengekstrak adalah memberikan suasana yang cocok, sehingga ekstrak rennet serta aktifitas enzim rennin optimum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan kombinasi konsentrasi garam  NaCl dan asam asatat (CH3COOH) dalam larutan pengestrak yang tepat, sehingga diperoleh ekstrak rennet yang mempunyai aktifitas optimal. Metode statistik yang digunakan dalam percobaan ini adalah rancangan acak lengkap dengan pola faktorial dan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Adapun perlakuannya adalah konsentrasi asam asetat: 1,00 %; 1,50 % dan 2,00 % sedangkan konsentrasi NaCl  4%, 5%, 6% dan 7%.
