It is important to coordinate and optimize the multi-dynamic performance of the supply chain system under the premise of ensuring its stability. Based on APIOBPCS, an index system of multi-dynamic performance is established. Thus, the system can achieve Pareto optimal via the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm. According to the optimization and comparison of the three different nonlinear models on the basis of APIOBPCS, this paper summarizes the properties of Pareto frontier and solution sets. Moreover, the major influence of parameters on indexes is provided, and its inherent principle is explored through simulation experiments. Finally, managerial suggestions are proposed to improve the efficiency of supply chain on the basis of the research achievements.","PeriodicalId":276201,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Conference on Management of e-Commerce and e-Government","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125466455","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Given the extensive use of microblogging services, there is a pressing need to understand user acceptance behavior in microblogging services. Although there are few studies exploring the factors underlying popular or successful microbloggings, none of research has been reported from both of the technical features and network effects of microblogging services. This study extended motivational model with sense of belonging as a theoretical framework to examine the role of technical features and network effects in explaining microblogging acceptance. We proposed five external variables and divided them into two contexts, the technical feature context and network effect context. These two contexts were modeled to influence the perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, sense of belonging and behavioral intention constructs. The findings of this research provide directions for system administrators and service providers to achieve higher levels of microblogging usage by developing multi-faceted strategies.","PeriodicalId":276201,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Conference on Management of e-Commerce and e-Government","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127830675","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this work, we evaluate China's housing market from a novel view of Internet news of Sina in 2001-2011. We compare our results with the major historical events and economic data, and we also study peoples' opinions based on the news. Our main observations are as follows. First, the market condition evaluated from Sina news is quite correlated to that of historical events and economic data. Second, peoples' expectations are basically in accordance with government attitudes. Third, the expectations of price rising and falling are comparable in amount. It can explain psychologically why China's housing market is booming on the whole although people think the price is high. Our work may suggest that our society should continue to take steps economically and politically to change peoples' mind from buying houses eagerly with the expectation of price rising soon so as to cool the market. Besides, this work shows an example that we can derive faithful market evaluations from the information of trustable websites.","PeriodicalId":276201,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Conference on Management of e-Commerce and e-Government","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133356891","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We introduce a model to present users' preferences as a directed graph, named as \"preference links\", combining social relationships and people influences factors. Based on this model, we design an algorithm to collect recommendation candidates by visiting users' \"preference links\" and then generate a matrix to measure relevancies between content candidates and users' interests. A ranking function is proposed to rank these candidates based on the \"relevancy matrix\". We take the top items of the ranking results as the recommendation result. By implementing a prototype with these ideas in a real China micro-blogs community (Sina Weibo), our experiments show it can make personal recommendation with good accuracy.","PeriodicalId":276201,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Conference on Management of e-Commerce and e-Government","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132810431","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
