This paper proposes a Vector Space Model based Internet Contextual Advertising method which realize displaying advertisement impressions based on the web page contextual content. Nongovernmental anti-corruption has mainly taken the form of internet reports and exposure, governmental internet anticorruption includes the passive response to the internet of public opinion and active use of internet anti-corruption, the former follows the pressure mode, the latter is the active mode. Based on the perspective of institutional analysis, we can better understand the effectiveness and limitation of internet anti-corruption. The nature of the technical framework of the internet which is known as the media system, power system determines the effectiveness of the internet against corruption, but also determines the limitations of internet anti-corruption. Data aggregation algorithm was adopted to improve the precision of the emission signal. Cluster-based and tree-based multi-hop routing algorithm was proposed to reduce energy consumption of node transmitting data. After analyzing the cross-examination and certification obstacles encountered during e-commerce disputes, the paper proposes an authentication mechanism of e-evidence combined with network security audit system. Based on graph theory, the mechanism constructs a chain of evidence fragment for a lawsuit to authenticate e-evidence. Firstly, by using the knowledge of mathematical statistics and algebra to get the related coefficient between two stocks and establish adjacent matrix. Secondly, the topology of the established network whose vertices are stocks and edges between vertices are the related coefficient of stocks is created by the Pajek software for the sake of simulating relatively real model for estimating stock network. We study the effect of 2.85 million postings of 58 representative listed firms in HS300 index in China. Instead of considering daily postings as a whole, we divide daily postings into five intervals according to text length.
