The result shows that information productivity contributes the most to the economic growth. Design a model and an algorithm to calculating emotional perception of microblog, as well as considered to the short text of microblog. On this basis, use Java computer language programming in the My Eclipse software environment, so that the algorithm can be achieved. In this paper, we study the effect of potential online purchaser influenced by the online reviews, by means of the questionnaire. It has built an evaluation index system of sustainable competitiveness on textile industry. This system covers three major elements and twenty-four specific factors and adopts analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to analyze each index. The research has showed that the talent is the pacing factor which has affected the sustainable competitiveness of textile industry. To achieve the low carbon goal, it is important to measure and control carbon emission. In this paper, the content of carbon resource footprint and carbon management capability are described. A carbon coordinate system, including share, replacement, recovery and recycle, is established. Research on quality engineering for carbon footprint is discussed. Besides traditional media, this study also take a new kind of media into account, social communication technologies(SCT).
