In order to enhance the immersed feeling and facticity of the simulation process in the virtual mechanical manufacturing experimental system, the virtual human avatar that can manipulate machines and related equipment indirectly is used in it. We define the C-E Model as the basis, bringing in the semantic restriction function to describe the fuzzy rules tendency. By quantitatively transformating for expert opinions, initializing semantic restriction function for fitting rules. We raise an error-correction method that can correct errors of semantic restriction function. In the process of matching rules,meanwhile, building the fuzzy rules that can be self-adjusted. To use the design idea of frame expression method for reference, in combination with the BRBC Model, the design thought of the frame-fuzzy rules group is adopted, and the design that based on the BRBC-F with semantic restriction is accomplished. In the mean time, a more scientific set of calculation method for the structure coincidence is brought out. On this account, to excavate experts'profund cognition and the potential experience. Lower the impact of specialized knowledge, improve the refined fuzzy sets computation. We proposed EERP, an energy-efficient routing protocol for for WSN-based intelligent mining system, which can prolonged lifetime of a network and reduce energy consumption through construct a dominator chain by region partition. Simulation results show that EERP has 8.2 times stable working time than LEACH. During the process of regenerating typical patterns in a training image, the accuracy of reconstructed images is improved, using both soft data and hard data as conditional data. It describes the various system parameters uncertainty and performance indexes in the quantitative form. According to the definition, the controller is designed which can tolerate the parameters uncertainty and satisfy the performance indexes. The random wave interference model is established at various sea conditions of different wave direction angles. The simulation results show that the control strategy is effective to decrease the ship roll motion.
