Through the investigation and analysis of online teaching courses in IT-related majors, this paper reveals several causes of the obstructions in the process of network teaching achievement. In our work, in order to analyze the emotional polarity of text, we consider using economic techniques instead of manual annotation and linguistic resources. The fact is relied on that textual polarity will affect the subsequent consumer behavior which would affect the product sales and consumer identity disclosure in comment. This influence can be observed by using some easy-to-measure economic variables such as product price or product sales. Reversing the above logic, we can infer the textual polarity the by tracing reviewer identity disclosure and product sales. We will propose a regression model to analyze the textual polarity effectively without the need for the manual labeling. The discussion is made by presenting results on the reputation system of Amazon.com. An evaluation model was constructed based on coding, clustering and comparison. A table of important teaching and learning behaviors was created for coding. The coding results showed that the features of the good classroom teaching are not the same. The fuzzy clustering algorithm was used to divide the good classroom teaching into several clusters, and the cluster-center was used to represent the cluster's feature. The correlation analysis was used to compare the unknown-level encode data with the cluster-center data. If they were similar, it can be inferred that the unknown-level classroom records were very likely good too. Otherwise, the unknowns very likely were not good. The simulation results showed that this method was effective. On the one hand, it can be used to improve the indoor coverage, but on the other hand it will inevitably produce interference issues in the heterogeneous network which consists of femtocells and macrocells. In this paper, a resource scheduling strategy based on Q-learning with Round Robin is proposed. It is compared with conventional scheduling methods from throughput, drop rate, fairness. Simulation results have shown that the proposed method can improve throughput cell-edge users and ensure the requirement of Quality of Service (QoS).
