The author emphasizes the need to take into account the previous level of students' worldview, civilizational changes that occur in time, and the characteristic features and conditions in which a particular person or community lives. The concept of noosphere is defined and the need for a noospheric, cosmological discourse in the formation and development of the human personality is substantiated. The author emphasizes the framework and systematic formation of noospheric consciousness, noospheric worldview, humanitarian and existential worldview and worldview in higher education students on the basis of ecological, personal development, child-centered, human-centered approaches in the eduction system of the individual's attitude to the environment. The significance of noospheric education of the individual in the education system as a strategic factor in the survival of mankind at the present turning point is substantiated. In this context, the author reveals the tasks faced by the scientific and pedagogical staff of universities to form in students the desire for harmonious communication with nature, the belief that man is an integral organic component of the natural environment and that it is necessary to behave in this environment in a natural way.","PeriodicalId":273496,"journal":{"name":"Humanitarian studios: pedagogics, psychology, philosophy","volume":"221 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123974540","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is substantiated that the application of the technological-creative approach in this training at the theoretical level involves giving creativity to the traditional criteria of the technology of learning and the structure of this process, that is, the creative orientation of all educational procedures on the guaranteed achievement of creative educational goals, diagnostically set creative goals, current and final assessment of creative results etc. Reproducibility, as one of the key criteria for the technology of the educational process, is provided by a clearly understandable description of all actions and materials in the process of forming the readiness of future primary school teachers to use creative learning technologies. However, the most difficult is the process of algorithmization, which is generally incompatible with the essence of the concept of \"creativity\" of students. A number of problems of the application of the technological and creative approach in the training of future primary school teachers are highlighted: the orientation of the traditional system of this training on reproductive-type training, despite the long-term implementation of the competence approach; lack of development of motivation for creative educational activity of future primary school teachers; teachers' efforts to avoid planning creative tasks; inconsistency at the theoretical level of the essence of definitions of the context of the application of the technological-creative approach in the training of future primary school teachers (\"technology\" and \"methodology\"); the prospect and danger of maximum computerization of the educational process in institutions of higher education, which calls into question the need for creativity of future primary school teachers and, in general, the possibility of replacing the position of a teacher. The introduction into practice of training future teachers of primary grades of creative learning technologies requires a deep analysis of the scientific foundations, basic categories of learning technology; adoption of a number of decisions regarding material and financial costs; labor intensive, increasing the teacher's workload; adjustment of the technological and creative approach to the organization of training, which always involves creativity.","PeriodicalId":273496,"journal":{"name":"Humanitarian studios: pedagogics, psychology, philosophy","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115951661","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For the formation of leadership qualities, it is important to have a favorable psychological climate around the individual, a sense of inner comfort, support of the immediate environment, adequate self-esteem, and a developed need-motivation sphere. A sensitive period for the leadership formation is early youth, when personal identity, worldview and value system are formed. The basis for the development of leadership qualities in youth is the development of personal qualities, namely: creating an image of the future and components of emotional intelligence. Objective. The research deals with the theoretical analysis of the leadership features, the clarification of the psychological conditions of its formation in the period of youth; experimental study of the manifestation of leadership qualities and their psychological conditions in youth. Methods. To achieve the set objective, we used a set of theoretical methods, such as: analysis and generalization of scientific information; the following empirical methods: observation; conversation; questionnaires “Do you have charisma?” (D. Konger); “Leadership potential” (D. Kotter); “Emotional intelligence” (R. Daft); “Creating the image of the future” (V. Hitt). The Pearson correlation method was used for statistical data processing. The research was conducted on the basis of the “School of Externs of Brovary Teaching and Educational Association of Brovary City Council, Kyiv region”, Brovary town. 30 respondents aged 17-18 took part in it. The results of the empirical study of psychological background of the leadership qualities formation of young men showed that young men have expressed leadership qualities (80%) and weakly expressed charisma (73.33%); a high level of emotional self-awareness (40%), emotional intelligence (26.67%) and self-possession (26.67%). The value of the correlation coefficient value between the indices of the level of charisma and indices of relationship management corresponds to strong correlation; between indices of leadership potential and criteria for realizing the image of the future (p≤0.01). We see the prospects for further research in the development and approval of the psychological training program for the formation of leadership qualities in youth.","PeriodicalId":273496,"journal":{"name":"Humanitarian studios: pedagogics, psychology, philosophy","volume":"96 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122679420","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study emphasizes the constant need for quality assurance throughout the Bologna process to have been one of the main concerns for European politicians, educators, public figures and student government. Quality assurance in higher education systems serves as the driving force behind national development and commitment to reforms. Through the example of Austria, which is one of the first European countries to initiate a scientific inquiry into the development of ways to assure education quality, we give an overview of the agency`s activities and define its functions and powers at public and private higher education institutions. The research outlines the approaches to education quality assurance: a guarantee that minimum standards and ideals are realized; ability to set goals in a constantly changing educational environment and achieve them taking into account available resources and conditions; ability to meet the requests and expectations of direct and indirect consumers and stakeholders; striving for perfection. The paper substantiates essential factors for education quality assurance: a coordinating quality assurance institution; submission of a self-assessment report by a subdivision; on-site assessment by experts; a public report on the evaluation results. The article describes the ways to assure education quality at different educational institution types and possible risks. Based on an analytical review of scientific sources, we conclude that Austria is a research subject illustrating the multifaceted ways of implementing a comprehensive quality assurance system in different types and kinds of higher education institutions.","PeriodicalId":273496,"journal":{"name":"Humanitarian studios: pedagogics, psychology, philosophy","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114714927","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This social state is generalized by the scientific concept of \"VUCA-world\" or the space of existence with the dominant features of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity. These social conditions make demands on modern man's constant readiness for effective adaptation and effective development in a changing, fluid reality. At the same time, these circumstances radically and dynamically change the horizons of modern education, require national educational systems to flexibly adapt to the peculiarities of the VUCA environment. The aim of this study is to carry out theoretical research of psychological patterns of the game as a basis for modernization of learning, to substantiate the didactic feasibility and effectiveness of modern methods of educational activities - editing, workshops and organizational games in the context of preparing the subject for life in social uncertainty . The research uses methods of abduction, phenomenological reduction, method of analysis and systematization of scientific positions and approaches to the study of psychological patterns of play, method of theoretical reconstruction (modeling) of psychological determination of the impact of game patterns on the effectiveness of preparing the subject for life in social uncertainty. According to the results of the study, the psychodidactic expediency of using education, workshops and organizational-game play in teaching is substantiated, approaches to psychological determinism of improving the subject's preparation for life in conditions of social uncertainty are outlined, categorical-conceptual content of perspective game aspects is specified. Scientific ideas about the universal connection of editing, workshops and organizational and activity games with the prospects of development of education systems for people of different ages have also been deepened. The possibilities of the cultural approach as a content basis, a methodological message for the development and implementation of a competence-oriented educational process, which is aimed at the formation of a future specialist in ecological culture and ecological professional competence, are considered. It has been established that the competence approach in modern professional humanitarian education allows the student to form an individual ecological-educational space, organizing his personal experience and projecting his ecological-professional competence. It is revealed that the cultural approach to education today finds its partial solution in the implementation of the ideas of the competence approach, which corresponds to the leading idea of our research that the competence approach to humanitarian education allows the student to form an individual ecological and educational (eco-cultural) space through the development of his personal and professional activity. It has been proved that the concept of \"ecological culture of the individual\" characterizes the conceptual goal of modeling the educational process for the formation of the ecological professional competence of the future specialist. The position of the author's concepts regarding the essence of ecological culture in psychological, ethical, sociocultural, pedagogical and philosophical aspects is highlighted. It is revealed that ecological culture is a qualitatively new culture of the individual, which fills the properties of its relations with the surrounding socio-natural environment with a specific (depending on the level of ecological culture) content. It was established that there is a methodological connection between the concepts of \"ecological culture\" and \"ecological-professional competence\" as the attitude of the whole to its part. Environmental professional competence was considered as the ability and readiness of future specialists to design and organize environmental activities based on the application of socio-ecological knowledge, the manifestation of evaluative judgments about nature and ecological activities, mastering ecological actions and skills of an ecological nature.","PeriodicalId":273496,"journal":{"name":"Humanitarian studios: pedagogics, psychology, philosophy","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123639079","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
