Digital Sociology in the XXI Century: the Core Issues 二十一世纪的数字社会学：核心问题

At the end of the first decade of the XXI century, digital sociology was officially appeared, gradually contributing to the awareness, grasping of the rules and improvement of the current state of social life in the digital era. Through the synthesis and analysis from many different international academic sources, published from 2012 to the present, this article explains in depth the important issues of digital sociology such as the real science and the sub-discipline of sociology. The article focuses on analyzing: i) Short history; ii) Research object; iii) Research subject; iv) Thematic and conceptual system; v) Research method; and vi) Prospects and challenges of digital sociology. Thanks to these, the research also contributes to a systematic and up-to-date introduction of the universal knowledge of digital sociology, attracting the attention of the sociologists and suggesting in-depth research direction of this science in digital transformation at present and in the future. Instead of annually announcing task orders, Ninh Thuan identifies priority tasks based on the directives and policies of the Party and the government as well as local practical needs. Subsequently, it formulates specialized resolutions regarding the direction and resources to establish a solid foundation for implementation. Simultaneously, it develops a list of scientific and technological tasks along the long-term value chain in stages to proactively engage local, central, and societal ideas and resources. By means of a research review, the article analyzes the impact of migration on socio-economic development. The results show that migration has a positive impact on poverty reduction and human capital; however, migration also negatively affects the health behaviors of migrants, urban poverty, and social problems. From the findings, the article provides policy implications for dealing with migration in the Mekong Delta in the coming years. In recent years, Vietnam has made efforts to establish and improve its legal and policy framework related to CE. This research study aims to examine the evaluation criteria used for assessing CE development in China, a country that has achieved remarkable progress in this area. The findings of this study can provide valuable insights and serve as a crucial reference for Vietnam as it strives to formulate an evaluation criteria set for the effective implementation of the CE policies in the future. Building upon the experiences and lessons learned from the implementation of evaluation and monitoring criteria in China, this study also offers several recommendations for Vietnam's forthcoming implementation efforts. These recommendations encompass the development of comprehensive guidelines for data collection and computation of the evaluation index set, along with the establishment of transparent monitoring and auditing mechanisms for locally sourced data. Furthermore, fostering collaboration among relevant government agencies in data collection and consolidation is crucial. Specific communication strategies and reporting mechanisms tailored to local contexts should be devised, and nationally standardized reference values for evaluation criteria need to be established. Additionally, there is a need to design an evaluation criteria set specifically for the implementation of circular economy practices at the industrial park and enterprise levels in Vietnam. This research sets a theoretical framework for an indirect assessment of ELOs regarding all knowledge, skills, personal autonomy, and relative responsibility. The evaluation is implemented through surveys and questionnaires for the Undergraduate Training Program of Business Administration at Nguyen Tat Thanh University. Most studies confirm that technology (including R&D) plays an important role in production activities and business results. R&D is highly important for technology firms, particularly high-tech enterprises, in terms of development and competition.
