Intellectual capital is measured by a value added intellectual coefficient (VAIC) and its components including human capital efficiency (HCE), structural capital efficiency (SCE), and capital employed efficiency (CEE). The ten-year data set of logistics firms were collected, calculated and considered as cross-sectional data. Then, a multiple linear regression analysis was executed to explore the associations between IC and corporate performance. Unlike most products, the rental housing unit is a \"circulation type\" product, and the inventory problem is complicated. In this paper, a systematic and flexible process is proposed that efficiently provides critical decision-making support to managers to help them understand and validate the inventory problem in the rental housing supply chain. The proposed procedure considered inventory impact factors, such as the forecasting method, the lead time, the initial inventory level, and the inventory filling indicator. In addition, the procedure is applied to an actual rental housing supply chain to confirm its effectiveness. Qualitative and quantitative data were collected. Data was analyzed using content analysis and descriptive statistics. At significance level 0.05 showed that people surrounding the three historical parks had knowledge of itinerary and tourist sites in good level, followed by knowledge of sustainable historical tourism, and facilities which were in the moderate level; people in the three locations lacked of English knowledge only. The analysis of the possibility of perceiving information and behavior of the members towards the sustainable historical tourism in the three historical parks indicated that the major problem leading to the difficulty in developing sustainable historical tourism was English language knowledge and income of community members. Therefore, the researcher organized the training projects to develop English language knowledge and promote income to people surrounding the three historical parks to recognize the abstract and factual value of culture and to strengthen sustainable historical tourism. This paper gives a empirical research on the change of the governance effect of the company resulted from the difference of executives' gender by means of building a simultaneous equation model. The performance of the green product competition diffusion and the evolution of consumers' characteristic are studied in the scenarios of decoy and no decoy respectively, based on the method computational experiments. Research shows that: setting an appropriate decoy can enhance green products' market competitiveness to some extent. Besides, the increase of the number of nodes, reconnection probability and herd effect in the consumer network can play a positive role in the market competition expansion of the green products. Self-determination theory focuses attention on social-contextual factors that influence motivation, self-regulation, mental health and well-being. The aim of the study is to assess safety performance among healthcare professionals. The results are aimed to provide insights into the provision of safety management program for effective safety performance and quality care. The respondents to the survey conducted in November 2017 to January 2018 were from various departments of medical centers located in Melaka and Penang, Malaysia. Using Smart PLS, the most important factors impacting the safety performance were perceived motivation, process improvement and safety practices, while there was a moderate impact to quality care. This process involves the considerations of many factors. The traditional approaches are poor process implementation and bias due to lack of effective tools and personal judgments. This leads to difficulty in measuring the effectiveness at the beginning and sometimes the repair efforts are difficult or not feasible. In this article, we present a method for Cross-Functional Team selection. It helps to choose members from several candidates for our ACM-ICPC team. The selected team is proficiently mastered many skills. We proposed a method for decision making that mainly uses a binary optimization model. This model is based on the idea to minimize the distance between the selected point and the bound point, called MDSB. The proposed method is simple and effective to implement. The race between prepackaged and tailor-made software has been long concerned by IT scholars and practitioners. However, our knowledge has been relatively fragmented or even contradictor y and empirical evidences are sparse. Drawing on studies on the industry lifecycle, we propose a new framework for understanding the race between them. Using industry-level data for U.S. private industries from 1998 to 2013, we empirically find that the relative advantage between these two kinds of software would change as industries evolve from ferment towards maturity along the industry IT lifecycle.
