Abstract
From 2003 to 2012, Chinese listed companies had experienced several financial crisis in which female executives turning into the corporate governance has brought various influence and change on corporate governance. This paper gives a empirical research on the change of the governance effect of the company resulted from the difference of executives' gender by means of building a simultaneous equation model. Recent research shows that the difference of executives' gender truly brings the remarkable change of the governance effect of Chinese listed companies and the optimal interval of the difference of executives' gender (the percentage of female executives) is from 30.1% to 43%.
