The processing speed strongly relies on the color space conversion. The color space converter module is used for transformation data from YCbCr to RGB color space. This module was designed using AHDL, VHDL and was realized on an Altera FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array). Based on the combinatorial GMDH algorithm, linear and nonlinear models of dependence of each of the indicators describing the quality of the casting on the mass fraction of components of raw materials are constructed. Such backgrounds allow us to use interval methods to define piece-wise linear models for the one class chaotic systems. Usage of proposed models is the way to find conditions of chaos occurring in dynamical systems. We prove our approach by considering the example of modeling, simulating, and studying of Mackey-Glass system. However, the known techniques of intensity transformation have a number of disadvantages, which significantly limit their use in automatic mode. A new approach to image intensity transformation based on equalizing the distribution of brightness increments of objects in the image is proposed. The proposed approach provides an effective increase in the image contrast without the emergence of unwanted artifacts and without decreasing the contrast of objects with small sizes and has several advantages compared with the well-known technique of histogram equalization. Modular versions of some methods are used to overcome this problem. Modular Common Vector Approach(MCVA) was successfully applied partial occlusion problem. In this work, we apply some well-known decision fusion methods (product rule, borda count, and majority voting) to the decision stage of MCVA approach to increase the performance. Many devices are relying on the connection ability but not everywhere it's possible to provide city network or that network will not so efficient. Also health care questions must be included in the evaluation when any radio technologies are implemented in the territory with huge density of population. For the mobile appliances in the “smart city” especially with the speed of movement must be covered separate part of the investigation. Today's modern networks are based on the telecommunication technologies with 4G LTE to provide consistent and reliable connection in any point of area and with moving objects. The authors analyzed frequency band allocation problems in the mobile operators' network for 4G LTE implementation in Ukrainian cities and discover the need and possibilities of radio band refarming. As the result of the research was proposed software complex for the automation calculation of the LTE network parameters with specified sets of real city elements. Using this tool mobile providers and city agencies will obtain information about improvement of the existing radio band allocation and recommendations for the move of user with old 2G and 3G technologies on that frequencies with no 4G support. Different refarming strategies was provided in the article. Depending of the real city analyze can be chosen one of the refarming way and software complex be able to calculate data that will be analyzed by specialist to make decision about expediency of such change. The simulation software was created which displays the parameters of the LTE network calculation for a given instance of initial data. The structural and mathematical model of the neural network is developed, which takes into account the parameters of the ink printing system elements and the operating modes of the ink feeder and ink distributing subsystems; the oscillator, plate and offset cylinders. The informational model of the training process the recursive neural network of the ink print system is presented, which is based on the correction of synaptic weights by the method of backpropagation through time. Training of the neural network is based on the parameters of the input zonal distribution and the ink thickness in the corresponding zones of the imprints obtained as a result of the physical experiment and the form data. Trained network is used for modeling and researching the processes of the ink distribution and transfer in the ink printing system. In addition, this network is suitable for determining the parameters of the input distribution for printing forms with different structure and density of filling their printing elements. The approbation of the neural network based on the nine-zone test form.
