Applying this method for reliability evaluation only generates a small number of independent random numbers, it decrease the amount of calculation and increase the efficient. This paper proposed an improved K-means algorithm. The traditional K-means algorithm only considers the brain image gray value itself, ignoring the relationship between pixels. Due to the characteristics of brain MRI image adjacent pixels most likely belonging to the same class, this paper adopts average value of small neighborhood of each image pixel and image gray value to compose a new sample point, in order to reduce the impact of noise on the clustering accuracy. Modeling on graphene metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor is implemented with artificial neural network. The proposed model has high accuracy and high efficiency. The computational time for the MOSFET model is decreased significantly. More importantly, the novel model for graphene MOSFET is realized in HSPICE software as a subcircuit, which may obviously increase the efficiency of simulations on graphene large scale integrated circuits. CMWEIS is based on the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Delphi Method (DM, a kind of expert investigation method). Not only the objective factors but also the subjective factors are considered. Using CMWEIS, the ecological indicators were sorted in the range of Liao River basin. 25 ecological indexes, 2 years’ observed data of the main stream of Liao River were considered. Ten specialists were invited to answer the designed questionnaires. After 5 times of screening, the score of each ecological index was provided and 11 indexes were selected. CMWEIS considered both the objective characters of the indicators and the subjective adjustment of the specialists. So the indexes selected by WEIDSM could reflect the ecological status well and truly. The model was programmed by Visual Basic 6.0, so that all the statistical calculations were done by the computer. It could be expected that CMWEIS could give the sequence of ecological indicators quickly, so as to make ecological monitoring or evaluating more effectively. Debris flow normally outbreaks all of a sudden, sweeps along fast accompanying with other disasters like landslides, flood and collapse. It has huge destructive power, making severe threats to water conservancy and hydropower, mines, traffic in mountain areas and other engineering facilities as well as local people’s lives, property and safety.This task makes an in-depth research on theory of infrasonic wave produced when debris flow occurs. Infrasonic signal collected in the experiment has been transformed with Hilbert-Hang (HHT) which is good at analysis and processing of nonlinear and unstable signals. This system enables to transform debris flow’s infrasonic signal collected with infrasonic wave sensor to digital signals by data acquisition card and send it to computer, and then analyze and process such signal using digital signal processing methods in combination of characteristics of infrasonic signal. This research makes an efficient separation of infrasonic signals which are produced by debris flow and environment noises. So in this way, a debris flow monitoring system can be designed based on infrasonic wave.
