The theoretical analysis and some kinetics equations are established. The dynamic characteristics of mechanical device are greatly influenced by the coefficient of friction during the moving process. Relatively low coefficient of friction is good for the movement. A simulation model based on ADAMS to analyze the dynamic characteristics of a new mechanism driven by inertial force is built. This paper analyzed the content, pollution level and distribution of volatile phenol in bottom waters Jiaozhou Bay in May, September and October 1983. Results showed volatile phenol contents ranged from 0.25~1.95 μg L -1 in bottom waters in the whole year, and were lower than Class I for volatile phenols (5.00 μg L -1 ) in National Standard of China for Seawater Quality (GB3097-1997). Jiaozhou Bay was very slightly contaminated by volatile phenols in 1983 under the impacts of vertical water's effect. First, six kinds of cycle as standard working were selected to represent urban congestion, city suburban and highway, and the characteristic parameters of block segmentation were calculated by use of composite uniform method. Second, the extreme learning machine was applied to train and identity working conditions. Third, the optimum algorithm was applied to calculate the energy distribution rules of six standard cycles, which was stored control parameter library in order to call. On the MATLAB/SIMULINK platform, the optimization mode was built and the energy management strategy of conditions recognition and conditions without recognition were simulated. And it satisfies the users' demands for efficient access to mass and heterogeneous information in the network. However, for the data name, their structures are usually hierarchical and lengths variable, then the quick name-searching match becomes a very big challenge. In this essay, Hash Coding Name-searching System is introduced and proposed. In particular, the data name is compressed through the hash function, the quick name-searching is realized through the transition array, finally, the incremental update mechanism is designed to meet the frequent modification, insertion and delete of NDN name.
