The research study used a quasi-experimental study. A total of 64 students came from two different groups, Class A (32 students) as the experimental group and Class B (32 students) as the control group. The students in the experimental group used rational teaching, and the students in the control group used conventional technical teaching. Analyze data using pre- and post-tests. The experimental group and the control group were pre-tested before treatment, and post-test was carried out after treatment. Data from pre- and post-tests were examined using descriptive and inferential statistics. After the data were tested and found to be homogeneous and normal, the hypotheses were tested using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The research result shows the difference when students write by using mind mapping and students write by not using mind mapping in the writing ability. The result can be seen by hypothesis testing through SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Sciences). Significance values were greater than the significance level of 0.01 (<0.05), which meant that the data from this study were considered not significantly different. Therefore, the hypothesis of this study was confirmed. However, the participation of mothers participating in HIV screening during pregnancy is still low. The purpose of this study was to analyze the participation factors of pregnant women in HIV screening at Tuntungan Health Center. This research is an analytic survey research with cross sectional design. The research was conducted at the Tuntungan Public Health Center, Pancur Batu District. The study population was 842 people and a sample of 822 people. Data analysis used univariate analysis, bivariate analysis with chi-square, and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression tests at the 95% confidence level ( = 0.05). The results showed that the factors that influenced the participation of pregnant women in HIV screening at Tuntungan Public Health Center, Pancur Batu District were husband's support (p = 0.001), access to health services (p = 0.033), and needs (p \u0000= 0.001). Meanwhile, the factors that did not influence were age (p = 1,000), education (p = 1,000), and trust (p = 0.614). The most dominant factor influencing needs. The need variable has a value of Ratio Prevalence (RP) = 8.299, meaning that respondents who stated that HIV screening was a necessity had an 8.2 times higher chance of doing HIV screening than respondents who stated that HIV screening was not a necessity. Undergraduate Thesis. Nursing Study Program, Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery, Deli Husada Delitua Health Institute. Abdominal pain is a major problem in post-caesarean section mothers. Many post sectio mothers do not want to breastfeed their babies because of pain. As well breast milk is very good for newborns. This study aims to determine the effect of the position of biologic nurturing baby led feeding on the decrease in post sectio caesarean pain. This research uses quantitative design with a quasi experimental design with one group pretest posttest design without any comparison or control group. The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. There were 38 available samples taken by purposive sampling method. The data were collected by using observation sheets of 38 respondents. The results with univariate analysis showed that 12 people (31.6%) had severe pain (31.6%) and moderate pain (68.4%). The results of the bivariate analysis obtained a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is an effect of the position of biologic nurturing baby led feeding on the decrease in post-caesarean section maternal pain at Sembiring Delitua Hospital in 2020. Diet is depiction abaout the various, amount and composition of foodstuff to some one who eaten everyday. The change of life style shifted from traditional Diet that contain more carbohydrate and fibre of vegetables to the modern Diet in the instaneous form in diet with hinger fat, protein, sugar, sald and e few fibre and result in many disease Inclucde DM. According to WHO, Indonesian is in 5th rank of number of patient with DM in prevalence 1,2% - 2,3% of the total population. The purpose of the research is to know about the relationship on Diet with Diabetes Mellitus type 2 in the Puskesmas Biru – Biru regency of Deli Serdang. This research is a descriptive analytic with cross sectional design (study cut latitude). The sampling method used to accidental sampling that consist of 44 Respondents. Research instruments used to quistionnaries study consisted of 20 questions. The answer of questions which there are in kuesioner, the data that collected is being analized using the chi - square test and counted by SPSS program. This result of this research which is gain the trusted level of 95 % show value p=0,001. This p value is smaller than α = 0,05. The conclusion of this research is showed that a significant relationship on diet with Diabetes Mellitus type-2 in the Puskesmas Namorambe, regency of Deli Serdang. Basically the spread of the virus (corona) is classified as very fast and makes it easier for humans on earth to be infected more quickly by the virus outbreak. Although the WHO, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Indonesian Ministry of Health have issued a lot of actual information and guidelines related to Covid-19, many people do not understand it properly. This study aims to explain the influence of public knowledge and attitudes towards the implementation of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic in Sarudik District, Central Tapanuli Regency. This research is an observational analytic study using a cross sectional design. Sarudik District, Central Tapanuli Regency is the location where this research was conducted. The population in this study were all people in Sarudik District with a sample of 90 people. Data were collected using primary data and secondary data and analyzed using the chi square test with a 95% confidence level. The results showed that there was an influence of knowledge and attitudes on the implementation of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic in Sarudik District, Central Tapanuli Regency (p = 0.014 and p = 0.008). One of the ways to manage thirst is with ice cube's therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ice cube's therapy on reducing thirst in chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. Pre-experimental research design using a one group pretest-posttest design. The samples in this study amounted to 18 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The instrument for applying ice cube's therapy uses the VAS (Visual Analog Scale) for Assessment of Thirst Intensity. Ice cube's therapy is given for 5 minutes during the dialysis process. The results of the Paired T-test statistic in this study showed that there was a decrease in the intensity of thirst by an average of 2.56 with a significance value of p value = 0.000 (p <0.05). Based on the research findings, there is an effect of ice cube's therapy on reducing thirst in chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. The data collection technique in this study used the instrument questionnaires and data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics with percentages. The population of the research amounted to 308 students of Nursing at Health Institute of Deli Husada Deli Tua Province North Sumatera using the Proportional technique Random Sampling so that the determination of the number of samples is 15% of the total number of students This number is 47 students at Health Institute of Deli Husada Deli Tua. The validity is 0.585 and the reliability is 0.816, then the instrument in this study was declared reliable. Based on the results of the research as a whole it was concluded Nursing students' perceptions of online learning in English subjects in the Covid-19 Pandemic at Health Institute of Deli Husada Deli Tua in 2020 is in the very category positive percentage 6.38% or 3 students, positive category percentage 21.27% or 10 students, the medium category is the percentage of 42.56% or 20 students, the negative category is the percentage 23.40% or 11 students, and the very negative category the percentage of 6.38% or 3 students. Researchers interviewed 15 mothers of infants. It was found that 15 mothers of babies never massaged their babies. This study aims to identify the effect of baby massage on the sleep quality of infants aged 3-12 months in the Deli Tua Public Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency.This type of research is a quasy experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. The study population was infants aged 2-4 months. The sample of the study was 15 infants aged 2-4 months, using purposive sampling. The independent variable was infant massage and the dependent variable was the sleep quality of infants aged 2-4 months. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Wilcoxon statistical test data processing. The results showed that the sleep quality of infants aged 2-4 months before massage was mostly adequate, as many as 12 respondents (80.0%) and the quality of sleep for infants aged 2-4 months after massage was mostly good, as many as 14 respondents (93, 3%). Then the theoretical framework in This research will explain the independent variable and the dependent variable. \u0000The two variables sequentially are effectiveness use of motion audiovisual media and the ability to write text explanation. Effectivenessis the success of a business or action taken on something, which is success it is something that is expected by business actors or actors the action itself. So in this study, the effort or action in the form of the use of learning media, namely motion audiovisual media. This research was conducted at the Deli Husada Deli Tua Health Institute. This research using the experimental method with using two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. Results or data that obtained in this study is effectiveness of use motion audiovisual media used researchers in learning writing explanatory text in class VIII 7th Medan Junior High School year lesson 2019/ 2020. \u0000Ability score student write explanatory text in experimental class average 75.97 with good category, and in class control average 65.8 of course with sufficient category. Value earned with using motion audiovisual media in the experimental class with enough category 1 student (3.33%), good category 11 students (36.67%), very good category 18 students (60%). Based on these data, it can be oncluded that students are very good at choosing a writing theme and developing writing according to the specified theme or topic.
