Diet is depiction abaout  the various, amount and composition of foodstuff to some one who eaten everyday. The change of life style shifted from traditional Diet that contain more carbohydrate and fibre of vegetables to the modern Diet in the instaneous form in diet with hinger fat, protein, sugar, sald and e few fibre and result in many disease Inclucde DM. According to WHO, Indonesian is in 5th rank of number  of patient with DM in prevalence 1,2% - 2,3% of the total population. The purpose of the research is to know about the relationship on Diet with Diabetes Mellitus type 2 in the Puskesmas Biru – Biru regency of Deli Serdang. This research is a descriptive analytic with cross sectional design (study cut latitude). The sampling method used to accidental sampling that consist of 44 Respondents. Research instruments used to quistionnaries study consisted of 20 questions. The answer of questions which there are in kuesioner, the data that collected is being analized using the chi - square test and counted by SPSS program. This result of this research which is gain the trusted level of 95 % show value p=0,001. This p value is smaller than α = 0,05. The conclusion of this research is showed that a significant relationship on diet with Diabetes Mellitus type-2  in the Puskesmas Namorambe, regency of Deli Serdang. 摘要

糖尿病(DM)是一种退行性疾病,与饮食有关。饮食是对一个人每天所吃食物的种类、数量和成分的描述。生活方式的改变从含有更多碳水化合物和蔬菜纤维的传统饮食转变为含有更多脂肪、蛋白质、糖、盐和少量纤维的现代饮食,导致包括糖尿病在内的许多疾病。根据世界卫生组织的数据,印度尼西亚的糖尿病患病率在总人口的1.2% - 2.3%中排名第五。本研究的目的是了解德里塞当市Puskesmas Biru - Biru患者饮食与2型糖尿病的关系。本研究采用横断面设计(研究切入纬度)的描述性分析方法。抽样方法采用随机抽样,共44人。问卷调查采用的研究工具包括20个问题。问卷中存在的问题的答案,收集到的数据使用卡方检验进行分析,并使用SPSS程序进行统计。该研究结果表明,获得95%的可信水平p= 0.001。该p值小于α = 0.05。本研究的结论表明,饮食与Deli Serdang摄政Puskesmas Namorambe的2型糖尿病有显著关系。医务人员、护理人员和营养学家的重要建议是向糖尿病患者提供访问Puskesmas Namorambe的信息,以便在良好的条件下调节饮食。
