One of the most common degenerative diseases and which has a high mortality rate is osteoarthritis in the knee. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the administration of TENS with Oscillation Traction on pain intensity in patients with genital osteoarthritis in Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital. Research Method: this is research is quasi-experimental while the research design uses pre-test and post-test. The sample of this study used 2 treatment groups, namely treatment group 1 using TENS and treatment group 2 using oscillation traction. Both sample groups measured pain scales using the verbal description scale. The results of the analysis of the influence test with Independent t-test in treatment group 1 and treatment group 2. Test paired sample t-test obtained p value = 0.001 (p 5 0.05), which means that there is a difference in pain intensity before and after being given TENS. Whereas in the treatment group 2 oscillation traction obtained results of p = 0.001 (.050.05) which means that there is a difference in pain intensity before and after being given oxyylation traction. From the results of the independent t-test in getting results with p = 0.000 (α<0.05) it can be concluded that there is a difference in the administration of TENS with oscillation traction against pain intensity in Genu Osteoarthtritis sufferers. Conclusion There is a Difference in Giving TENS with Oscillation Traction Against Pain Intensity in Genu Osteoarthtritis Patients. The method of this research was cross secsional use observation pieces instrument of research. The population of the research were the patients on the hospital in Deli Serdang who assembled catheter urethra. The sample was 30 respondents. The result of research indicated that the incident of urethra infection of 30 respondents who assembled catheter urethra, there were 7 persons (23,3%) were not happened the infection and 23 persons (76,7%) got to infection and devided into 2 persons (6,7%) with character urethra ≤ 1-2 days, 16 persons (53,3%) with character urethra 3-5 days and 5 persons (16,7%) with the character very long ≥ 6-7 days. Through of the result of Chi-Square statistics test, was gotten the result pvalue = 0,002, where p Value < 0,05. This was indicated that there was the significant relationship between the time of used catheter urethra to incident of urinary tract infection. The prevalence of migraines in adult men is 9% and women are 18%, while in childrenaged 7 years the prevalence is 1.2-3.2%, and between the ages of 7-15 years ranges between 4-11%. Migraine attacks can be precipitated by certain foods that contain thyramin such as cheese,meat (hogdog and bacon), chocolate containing phenylthylamine, additives in foods such asmonosodium glutamate. Many theories have been proposed, one of which is the vascular theory ofmigraine pathophysiology which describes that the occurrence of migraine attacks includes 2phases. Migraine diagnosis is based on history, clinical observation and does not require diagnostictests. In diagnosing migraine in children, diagnostic criteria are generally used. Migraine treatmentis symptomatic. Patients and their families are informed about factors that can trigger migraineattacks and that attacks can be reduced through regular living and avoiding triggers. Generallymigraine attacks must be treated if the frequency of attacks is frequent and sufficient to influencethe child's activity. The treatment of diabetes mellitus is usually with weight control, diet, exercise, and pharmacologis treatment with the drug. One treatment in an alternative way, namely with aloe vera juice can lower blood sugar levels. The purpose of reasearch was to identify the effect of aloe vera juice to decrease blood sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus at sub village IV village marindal sub district patumbak district deli serdang. The design used is design pre - post without control. The total population is 50 respondents. Sampling techniques used is the formula notoadmojho 10% with a sample of five samples. Independent variables prior to the giving of aloe vera and the dependent variable was after the administering aloe vera. Analysis of the data used T test.
