Therefore, magnetic resonance imaging technology is of great significance in the field of clinical medicine. Especially in brain imaging, because brain imaging requires high non-destructive, as long as there is a little difference in imaging results, it will cause errors in medical diagnosis. The sparse reconstruction process of MRI is based on the over complete dictionary, which has certain sparse characteristics. The main content of this paper is to K-SVD dictionary learning algorithm as the core framework, and in the process of MRI reconstruction using this algorithm. We regard dictionary learning as an equivalent process to find the optimal solution, and the learned dictionary has the core characteristics of the original data. At this time, the dictionary we get can obtain the optimal sparse representation, and reconstruct the original image through the algorithm. The experimental results show that our reconstruction results can well preserve the details of the image and obtain relatively high PSNR value.","PeriodicalId":268165,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130654860","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study on the characteristics of low temperature oxidation and high temperature pyrolysis of coal under different oxygen concentrations is of great significance to prevent the spontaneous combustion of the residual coal in the goaf. Based on this, this paper studies the generation of O2, CO, C2H4 and C2H6 gases during coal low temperature oxidation at 21%, 15% and 5% oxygen concentrations, and compares the oxygen consumption rate at different temperatures. The weight loss characteristics and characteristic point temperature of coal pyrolysis at high temperature under different oxygen concentrations were further studied, and the influence mechanism of different oxygen concentrations on coal spontaneous combustion characteristics was finally revealed. The results show that in the three oxygen concentration experiments, the decrease of oxygen concentration will lead to the decrease of CO, C2H4 and C2H6 concentrations generated in the low temperature oxidation process of coal, and the oxygen consumption and oxygen consumption rate are significantly reduced, and the temperature at the intersection is significantly increased. The decrease of oxygen concentration will lead to the decrease of mass loss percentage of coal during high temperature pyrolysis, and the increase of critical temperature and maximum weight loss rate temperature. The decrease of oxygen concentration leads to less active structure in coal involved in the coal-oxygen composite reaction, which inhibits the coal-oxygen composite reaction.","PeriodicalId":268165,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing","volume":"102 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132484165","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to explore the relationship between blood lipid metabolism and breast cancer, this study adopted the method of obtaining medical health data through the hospital information system. 616 breast cancer patients who went to the hospital at the same time were selected as the experimental group, and 547 physical examination populations were used as the control group. Statistical software was used to analyze the correlation between the two groups of blood lipid testing data. Studies have found that the serum total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein AI and apolipoprotein B of breast cancer patients were significantly lower than those of healthy people on physical examination. This study used the medical health data of the information system to verify that the blood lipid metabolism level of breast cancer patients was significantly lower than that of the normal population. The blood lipid metabolism level can be used as a screening index to identify breast cancer and can assess the occurrence and development of breast cancer.","PeriodicalId":268165,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing","volume":"81 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123342213","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, when the scanned object contains metal implants, it will result in metal artifacts in the reconstructed images. Metal artifacts seriously interfere with the analysis and judgment of CT images. To solve the problem of metal artifacts in CT volumes, this paper introduces 3D U-net into the metal artifact reduction of CT volume data. The 3D convolution in 3D U-net can make full use of the spatial and structural information of CT volumes, and can better maintain the internal structural information based on effectively reducing the metal artifacts. The direct processing for 3D data can improve the stability and continuity of the corrected image in all dimensions. After artifact reduction for 3D data, the information of arbitrary spatial coordinate points in the image can be obtained more accurately and effectively. To verify the performance of the algorithm, experiments were conducted using medical datasets. The results show that the method in this paper can effectively suppress metal artifacts while obtaining better stability and continuity in all dimensions.","PeriodicalId":268165,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing","volume":"544 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123367236","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Five-layer corrugated cartons for loquats were used in the study, and the methodologies adopted include computational fluid dynamics, unsteady shear pressure and the SST k-ω model. Under the same initial conditions and boundary conditions, different parameters were compared in theory and verified through experiment, including temperature field distribution among multiple rows of cartons, cooling time, average rate of cooling and uniformity. Results: the temperature changes observed in experiments tally with modeling results, which validates the theoretical model. The precooling of multiple rows of loquat cartons is not a simple superposition of multiple cooling processes for cartons positioned in one row. 2.5m/s is an ideal rate of air supply velocity. For multiple rows of cartons, circle vents would improve the uniformity, while runway circle vents induce hot spots. Therefore, for loquat precooling, it is highly recommended to use flat cartons with circle vents and to position the cartons in less rows.","PeriodicalId":268165,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing","volume":"71 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132245961","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
