Correlation analysis of blood lipid metabolism level and breast cancer based on information system health data
Abstract—Breast cancer was the highest incidence of malignant tumors in women, and it was also the leading cause of cancer deaths in women worldwide. In order to explore the relationship between blood lipid metabolism and breast cancer, this study adopted the method of obtaining medical health data through the hospital information system. 616 breast cancer patients who went to the hospital at the same time were selected as the experimental group, and 547 physical examination populations were used as the control group. Statistical software was used to analyze the correlation between the two groups of blood lipid testing data. Studies have found that the serum total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein AI and apolipoprotein B of breast cancer patients were significantly lower than those of healthy people on physical examination. This study used the medical health data of the information system to verify that the blood lipid metabolism level of breast cancer patients was significantly lower than that of the normal population. The blood lipid metabolism level can be used as a screening index to identify breast cancer and can assess the occurrence and development of breast cancer.
