This type of control is usually implemented by means of pattern recognition, which uses a set of training data to create a machine learning model that can decipher these muscular electrical activations. EMG myocontrol is now widely used in multiple fields such as clinical medicine and human-computer interfacing. However, the usefulness of myocontrol depends greatly on the accuracy of the collected EMG signal. Some of the factors that cause inaccuracy include the interference of adjacent muscle, the inherent instability of the signals acquired from the human body (e.g. unexpected changes in the sEMG caused by sweating, electrodes displacement, muscle fatigue or specific postures and motions of the body segments ). Today, researchers focus on finding problems and propose new concepts of models that could make improvements. This review examines the application of EMG myocontrol in hand gesture recognition and neural prostheses, the shortages of EMG and surface EMG(sEMG) signal, as well as the solutions to some current issues.","PeriodicalId":268165,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129599177","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many fire incidents are rampant, smoky, and harmful. The theme of this paper is how to use specific drones to quickly monitor and eliminate forest fire incidents in Victoria. First, the K-means clustering algorithm is used to divide the fire point dataset into 4 partitions. Next, we model a multi-objective programming algorithm and solve the shortest distance for the drone to traverse all fire sample points in each partition by the ant colony algorithm, and get the lowest cost purchase plan for SSA drones and Radio Repeater drones. And we model a time series forecasting algorithm for predicting the number of fire incidents in the next 10 years and obtain the increasing cost of purchasing drones each year correspondingly.","PeriodicalId":268165,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125080180","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In recent years, the identification and classification of clinical terms in electronic medical records has received increased attention. However, electronic medical records are difficult to access because of their exceedingly high privacy, so it has become more feasible to extract information from paper medical records. This study proposed a DL approach that extract text information from the pre-processed images of Chinese medical records by optical character recognition (OCR) model base on CRNN first, and then identify the clinical entities using named entity recognition (NER) model based on BERT-CRF. The experimental results of this study demonstrate that the proposed method achieves precision over 75%, which is more than 90% for some specific entities. In addition, the proposed method can be extended as a universal approach to other diseases that require the establishment of the structured patient follow-up records (PFRs).","PeriodicalId":268165,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122733454","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Then, the operation situation and problems of the dry ash conveying system are comprehensively evaluated by means of the ash conveying control mode and the calculation of the ash conveying compressed air output. Finally, the transformation and operation suggestions are put forward to form an analysis method of dry ash conveying system. Through the calculation of ash production and dry ash output, the overall design output of the dry ash conveying system meets the existing coal quality requirements, but the ash conveying capacity of each ash transmission pipeline is quite different; the ash delivery time and gas consumption of the two sets of gas sources are different, and the design output of the air compressor itself is insufficient, which affects the overall output of the dry ash conveying system and is easy to block the pipe; it is recommended to adjust operation parameters of the dry ash conveying system, improvement of pressure and air volume of compressed air system, adjustment of boiler combustion for reduction of carbon content in fly ash, redesign and reconstruction of pipeline.","PeriodicalId":268165,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132273975","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to solve the severe challenges in mass breast screening, such as poor ultrasound image quality, differences in the age and geographical distribution of the population, we proposed a detection framework based on convolution neural networks for tumor detection and tracking in ultrasound video. Firstly, some data pre-processing and tricks are adjust to improve YOLOv4 for making it more suitable for tumor detection task. Secondly, Kernelized Correlation Filters (KCF) tracking algorithm as post-processing is used to track and fuse all the detection bounding boxes. In this way, all the detection results can be aggregated to form a smaller number of tumor sequences, and some false positives can also be filtered out. The proposed method was evaluated on 251 cases with tumors. It obtains a promising result with sensitivity 97.62% and 12.3 false positives per case. Experimental results demonstrate that our method has better performance on tumor detection for ultrasound videos from mass breast screening.","PeriodicalId":268165,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130711091","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The conformational transition from α-helix to β-sheet is the main factor for the occurrence of aggregation of Aβ42 peptide. In order to investigate the effect of KCl salt solution on the conformational change of Aβ42 peptide, we investigate the conformational features of full-length Aβ42 peptide monomer in KCl solution with different concentrations using all-atom molecular dynamics simulations. The results show that the KCl salt solution has a great effect on the conformational stability of the Aβ42 peptide. The Aβ42 peptide conformational stability gradually increased with the increase of KCl concentration. The probability of secondary structure elements of Aβ42 peptide changed, the probability of β-sheet structure formation declined. And the flexibility of residues decreased. On the other hand, the chances of contact among internal residues of Aβ42 peptide become greater because of the addition of KCl, which led to a more compact conformation of Aβ42 peptide. The simulation results provide a feasible idea for an in-depth study of the aggregation mechanism of Aβ42 peptide.","PeriodicalId":268165,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134511083","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A classical method like time-domain analyses and frequency-domain analyses are linear methods. They can't analyse the nonlinear autonomic nerve system correctly, and the ability to measure complexity is weak. Therefore, Fuzzy Approximate Entropy is introduced as a nonlinear method to extract information features from HRV signals. This paper analyzed 30 PPG recordings (15 OSA, 15 normal), the length of these recordings are 6-7 hours and were divided into 5-minutes time slices. Compared with the classical method, the Fuzzy Approximate Entropy method shown a significant difference (p<0.01) and the highest accuracy of 76.7%. When combining with STD and LF/HF power ratio, the classification result reached an accuracy of 86.75%, sensitivity of 93.3% and specificity of 80%. This study showed that OSA patients have a lower level of confusion in HRV signals, which means increased repetition patterns between heartbeats. Therefore, FuzzyEn can be used as a new indicator in OSA screening and prefect the classification method.","PeriodicalId":268165,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129209995","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The researches of DNA have a significant meaning in the fields of DNA drugs and DNA nanotechnology. The differences of solution environment will have great effect on the DNA. In pure water, B-DNA is the stable structure of DNA. To explore the effect of ethanol on B-DNA in salt solution, a series of molecular dynamics simulations have been performed on 171D DNA with the sequence of (CGCGAATTCGCG). The results show that ethanol molecules have a great effect on the DNA structural stability in the MgCl2 salt solution. The stability of DNA structure is gradually declined with the increasing of the concentration of ethanol. The DNA structural changes always occur at the both ends of DNA chain, rather than the central part. In high concentration of ethanol, the combination between metal ions and phosphate groups is great stronger which affect the interaction between electropositive metal ions and the electronegative phosphate groups of DNA. For multiple DNA chains in salt solution, the presence of ethanol makes a contribution to the aggregation of DNA chains in solution.","PeriodicalId":268165,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Intelligent Computing","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128500687","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
