Research on the Application of BIM in Building Engineering Management Based on 3 D Model

After the 19th CPC National Congress, the state formally implemented the "new infrastructure" strategy, which is mainly the proxy term of new infrastructure construction. One of the very important highlights of the new infrastructure for the construction engineering management industry is that it can use BIM technology to integrate the whole process of design, construction and intelligent operation, so as to realize the real efficiency informatization refinement of the construction industry. BIM is the best fusion data carrier with IoT devices and IOT, CIM, which is the internal visualization of BIM and new infrastructure, the virtual construction simulation logic relationship that requires three-dimensional models and processes. Therefore, by analyzing the application methods and measures of BIM in construction engineering management in the background of new infrastructure strategy, this paper proposes the multidimensional extension of the BIM model for collaborative management.
